Bought the Lana bag- poor experience
Bought the Lana bag. Eventually had to b sent back as they kept on sadly sending a faulty strap - basic stuff tho, the black leather was marked on the cream canvas strap. Sent 3, yes 3 not sure they were bothered tbh, didn’t use bag as strap mark visible , I had to chase regarding every step - gave up - hey but get they sent me a £5 voucher - yes I laughed too! Got a refund but what a total ball ache is it really a quality brand - simple stuff to just have checked the straps befure they left - QC not working obviously at Katie Loxton. Don’t purchase a bag with canvas strap that could mark when being sent out! Laughable , I’ve told my friends about the poor service, will try another brand.
First time buyer
First time buyer. Impressed with the delivery from ordering to receiving was 5 days. Treated myself to the Marbella and Santorini sunglasses - both fabulously stylish. Will check out the other items for my next purchase! I will be back :)
Very pleased!
Before I buy anything these days, I always type the company into Trustpilot to see what the overall score is and the reviews. If the score is bad, I abandon. However, on this occassion, I decided to go against my normal approach and bought a handbag. The reason I did this was 1) I've been looking for a gift for my friend for her 40th for around £40ish mark, I had dithered about what to get for so long and I was running out of time, so I thought I am, jsut going to chance it and 2) I felt I had seen these handbags in shops/litle boutiques, so felt I had seen the products in the flesh.
Anyway, I ordered the handbag yesterday and added some personalisation to the strap. The gift also had a free option for a personalised bag. I went for the express delivery, as I need it by saturday and it arrived this afternoon, well packaged and to the eye the bag looks gorgeous and the personalised gift bag is such a lovely touch.
I cannot comment on the durability of the bag, but everything else, I cannot fault. I hope my friend likes it!
I can see me buying further gifts for friends and also myself from here in the future.
The website was also very professional and I really liked how it showed where and how the personalisation would look.
Terrible Quality
Such poor quality. Bought a clutch bag for a wedding and an hour into the wedding I noticed all the stitching coming apart. I hadn’t kept a receipt because on arrival it looked fine and so without that they won’t refund or replace.
Their website shows off all their 5* reviews on Feefo but funny they’re not boasting about their reviews on here!
Poor design
Bought the small handbag with detachable strap mid January from a small retailer and already the stitching holding the clasp at the side has come apart, rendering the bag useless. I have only used a handful of times but no longer have the receipt. I feel that the metal clasps are too heavy to be supported by the stitching and it is a poor design.
E-GIFT CARD
I bought and paid for an e card for a special birthday present, provided correct email and was let down. I received confirmation of purchase but no notification it had been shipped. After much emailing to customer service who still maintained they had been in contact with the recipient and had not, they sent the code to me after 1week!! This spoiled the birthday present and I will never use this service again or recommend it.
Dreadful quality cheap and nasty
I ordered a bag and card coin wallet from you but the bag quality is absolutely appalling cheap nasty and nothing like i expected. It was personalised so unfortunately you will not take it back. But it is one of the worse things I have ever bought and will clearly let others know this too.
I was disturbed by negative reviews for Katie Loxton
I was bedazzled by Katie Loxton's website. I was so impressed I asked my sister and daughter to take a look. Beautiful items in vegan leather and at such reasonable prices. I must have swooned over the website for a good two hours and placed an order on its order page which has not yet been sent.
My sister suggested I should investigate the company a little for customer reviews so as not to be disappointed as we have been terribly disappointed in the past.
So I have come to Trustpilot to see what previous customers have said,
The bitter, unhappy customer reviews not only worried me greatly but Katie loxton's customer services department's failure to respond regarding what they have done to remedy each situation is not a good look for the company and the respect it should have for its customers.
Yes there are a few good reviews mixed with the negative ones; the overall star rating is around 2 stars and this is a fright. I am now left with a dilemma on what I should do.
On the one hand good old wisdom is saying, once bitten twice shy..... but on the other hand the website is very lovely, the products beautifully displayed and the prices are reasonable for my pensioners purse. I will throw caution to the wind and will only have myself to blame ... but if I too am treated badly like some of the unhappy reviewers on Trustpilot, I will be back to write down my experience explicitly.

Customer service
I’ve not ordered from Katie Loxton before and I will not be ordering from them again.
I have been wanting some of their items for a while and placed an order.
I emailed querying as I hadn’t received my order, and with many back and forths I am still without my parcel.
Upon the tracking showing a photo, the parcel was not in this photograph. I have been told I cannot have a new item sent out. Very disappointed and shall not be ordering from these again.
Katie Loxton - Outstanding products and customer service
I am shocked to read other reviews on here for Katie Loxton. I have shopped with them for over 2 years and I have NEVER had an issue with them. If there has ever been a problem with an order, then their exceptional customer service is there to resolve it very quickly! I use Katie Loxton for pieces for myself but also some stunning personalised gifts for friends, family & teachers and every single recipient of mine always loves their gift!
I highly recommend Katie Loxton for the quality of their pieces, the very reasonable price, their beautiful personalisation and their outstanding customer service.

Awful customer service- AVOID!
I can’t actually believe the terrible level of customer service of this company. I ordered a bag on the 16 Jan. I got an email today to say it had been delivered (to the wrong house, but that’s a side note). Then I received an email, 8 days after ordering it, to say the bag was actually out of stock and I was getting a refund. It turns out the delivery was just an empty box and a gift bag. Who does that?! It meant I had to hand my friend an empty gift bag for her birthday, thanks to this company. I wish I’d have checked on here first. Clearly bad service is a pattern of theirs.

The items were delivered quickly, the packing was beautiful and finally I had to contact customer service over something and they were absolutely brilliant I would defo recommend ☺️
Amazing customer service
Had been waiting for the Tabi Tote to become available in black for a while and when it finally did, I ordered with a personalisation.
When it arrived, some of the embroidery was faulty so emailed customer service. Cheyenne was amazing - she was quick to respond and very apologetic. She refunded me the full amount and allowed me to keep the item as the black bag had almost immediately sold out online.
I am a little disappointed that the embroidery was faulty but I cannot fault the customer service. I will 100% be purchasing from KL again - perhaps for my summer travel bags next time.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Absolutely disgusting customer service and company ethics! I ordered some items for my sisters 40th birthday and paid for express delivery. Item didn’t arrive in time and was returned back to the company due to INCORRECT ADDRESS. May I add my address was absolutely fine on my order confirmation so this is clearly something they have done wrong their end and has nothing to do with me. They are refusing to refund until they have claimed with Royal Mail. As a business the customer should not have to wait and suffer whilst a claim is being processed as this can take a considerable amount of time - the customer should be refunded or have the item replaced and the company can claim at a later date from the postage company. It’s absolutely disgusting service and going by the reviews on here they are not a good company to purchase from. I never leave negative reviews unless absolute necessary but this has really annoyed me. This is the first and last time I ever purchase from this company and I really suggest to anyone considering it that you look elsewhere!

I decided to read the reviews after I had placed my order. Well I then started to panic. But I had no need to worry, email said would be delivered between 6-9 January 2025, my items was dispatched on the 6th and have arrived today with no problems or issues. Everything is beautiful and looks really nice, very happy especially as one of the items was my wedding bag. Will definatly order again from here.
Bag smelt of fish, but no quibble refund issued!
Delivery was stated as being around 2 weeks, and it was just that. The personalised gift bah was a nice touch. However, I gave the bag as a gift to my sister for her birthday. She loved it, as it was ger birthstone, colour etc, all tailor-made for her. She filled it up, but upon opening again found everything to smell of fish! The new make up, bag everything was ruined.
I messaged customer service straightaway to return the bag, but was told there was no need on this occasion, I could either have a replacement or a refund. I was issued a full refund. For that, I am most grateful, especially over the Christmas break.
Appalling service
Appalling service or lack of. Item ordered 4 Dec, delivery between 13-17 Dec still not arrived and emails keep saying busy due to festive season. Simple solution STOP taking orders until others have been fulfilled. Would not have ordered if I'd known it wouldn't be here for Christmas gift.
Customer service don’t know what they are doing
Wanted to return item. Sent back 17 days ago and still waiting for refund. Have had email back to say “status is accepted for return go ahead and print returns label” - already done this and sent, this email was a response to my email asking them to acknowledge receipt and refund the goods. No phone number to call them and emails only acknowledge you 72 hours later with wrong Information. Very poor customer service. I would suggest Caution when using this website and shopping here as service poor.
