Delivery times are a lie

Same as all of the other reviews; which I wish I had read before placing an order.

Don’t bother sending your parcel out in the time frame THEY state. When you ask where your parcel is, they just send you an email which has clearly been sent to lots of customers, not even bothering to look into your individual case. I had to chase and chase to get my parcel, which I still don’t think encouraged them to send it. If it’s going to take a long time to come, state that and people wouldn’t get so irate and could shop somewhere that would accommodate delivery in the time frame neeeed.

Waste of time company, with no customer service, no wonder they have their Google reviews turned off.

Disappointing

Another bogus website

Another bogus website! Placed my order over 3 weeks ago for the overnight bag and still waiting for the delivery! I so wish I read the reviews earlier!!! I send emails to them and they are just copied and pasted saying they are overwhelmed with the Black Friday sales! I ordered before the Black Friday sales and paid full price!

Utterly disgusting how they con people out of their hard earned money! I have put a complaint in to pay pal hoping I will get a refund?!

They take your money then won't answer your queries or honour any delivery deadlines.

This is my second review as I placed 2 orders. One arrived later than promised but did eventually arrive. The second they just lie about and blame the courier for not delivering (already proven to be untrue). They also used the Black Friday excuse like so many others have mentioned on here. Worst of all is the atrocious lack of customer care. They don't allow phone calls, they don't have live chat and it seems they might only have one person answering any web queries. If they were overwhelmed with orders or couldn't meet demand then they should have stopped selling but it seems they wanted to take our money and decide how to fob us off later.
If they're not out of business soon then they should be. Please do yourself a favour and don't touch them with a long stick. Overpriced underwhelming goods of questionable quality coupled with the worst logistics and customer service you will ever encounter anywhere. It just shows how easy it is to found a business just based on some nonsense branding. Unfortunately for this lot, Katie Loxton seems to be a real person so unless she wants to change her name then a rebranding to bury all the bad feedback will be a bit tricky. Seriously rubbish company verging on being rogue traders. The brand is junk avoid them at all costs.

Still no goods just excuses

UPDATE: Now not even returning emails. Basically robbers.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.
Still no goods just excuses. Apparently, they were busy on Black Friday. Who would have thought it eh? It pushed all their items back.
Well, we are now at day 11 post placing the order and 3 days past the promised delivery date which was then extended by 3 days so apparently I was due a dispatch notification today. Nothing. Zip. Nada. It has missed the birthday now so if anything arrives it will have to be a Christmas present. Not holding my breath.

Goods still not arrived

Goods still not arrived ! Ordered and advised 7/10 days delivery. After 10 days overdue and many requests for an update I just receive pasted e mails. Not good enough. Still no further communication so now advised CC company who will take charge off and deal with the refund as goods ordered not delivered. No contact number should have said it all! UPDATE : A REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED AS NO DELIVERY DATE CAN BE SUPPLIED.

I have ordered 3 personalised items

I have ordered 3 personalised items, they have been dispatched 3 days post the dispatch date and still have not arrived.
1 item has to go in a bin as it was a present for someone who has now left uk permanently ! What am I supposed to do with this now!!!!???

Second item has been cancelled because it’s apparently out of stock but I am now having to wait 5- 10 days for the refund???

I have sent 3 emails and have been completely ignored.

It’s so upsetting and disappointing how this company treats customers.
You have to put yourself in our (your customers) shoes, how would you like to be treated yourself. I will never order from
You again and no doubt your company reputation will be impacted by the way you treat your customers.

Poor customer service

My item should have arrived yesterday. I have not been sent an email saying item has been despatched. There is no phone line and when I manage to find one it says the phone line is closed. I am unable to log into the website to check. Very very poor customer service.

Do not bother

Update: it’s now 19 days later and still no sign of it being shipped and just copy and paste responses from customer service
I’ve ordered from Katie Loxton before and was really happy so didn’t even hesitate to order again but regret it thoroughly.
4 days after the end of my estimated delivery date and no items, not even been shipped. Customer service just send copy and paste jargon saying it’s been delayed (thanks I couldn’t have worked that out on my own) and can’t give any time frames or assurances on delivery.
Seriously do not bother and trust the negatives on here

Don’t order anything you need for Christmas. In fact, just don’t order anything.

Waiting for two orders due for delivery 3 days ago. One is personalised and has not even been dispatched, the other is just standard and I’ve received a tracking reference 3 days ago which is not recognised by the Royal Mail so assume either fake or still not handed over to the courier. After being given an initial delivery date, they emailed to extend it. The extension date expired today and still no valid tracking reference for either and one not even claiming to be dispatched. As with all rogue traders, they make themselves uncontactable with no phone number, no online chat, no monitoring on twitter. The only means of contact is by submitting a web form and they don’t reply to that either. I will be seeking a full refund within the next few days and this whole episode is threatening to spoil Christmas present plans for my daughters. This company is not to be trusted. It starts with a Web site where you can’t opt to reject cookies (always a red light for me) charges prices which IMHO are greatly inflated in terms of the product value and then fail to meet delivery deadlines or respond to customers. Oh, and try to “stop the clock” by issuing tracking references which are either just generated and not genuine or just the number which will be used one day when the item is actually dispatched. Please don’t do as I done and disregard the appalling feedback they receive just because your loved ones have asked for one of their products, so place an order against all your better instincts. Just go elsewhere, this company should be avoided without exception.

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful website customer service is non existent

Unfortunately after years of loyalty to Katie Loxton, I have now had an awful experience. The website is very difficult to navigate while personalising items and jumps back to default repeatedly. I sadly ordered a case which I thought I had personalised on Black Friday (it is expensive not in the sale) on review, it had defaulted to no Personalization. £200 order and it had NOT left the warehouse. I asked for it to rectified and was told NO nothing can be done unless I re order which won’t be at the discounted price and probably won’t be here for Christmas. We can put a man on the moon but can’t collect a case from the warehouse! Customer service is appalling as they ask ‘what would you like to do’ my answer ‘I’ve told you what I need’ I would hope CUSTOMER SERVICE’ would tell me what I can do !! I don’t know their rules! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE and influencers, customer service is non existent and NO PHONE NUMBER !!! Always dodgy!

I was brought a lovely looking purse…

I was brought a lovely looking purse for my birthday. However I used it once for a few hours in a handbag and the material has ripped in multiple places. I contacted customer services and as I didn’t have a receipt they could not do anything. They did give me a 10% off voucher but not good enough as not risking buying from them again

Purse fell apart when stitching came undone.

Purchased a Katie Loxton purse in Dec 2023 having brought bags before. The purse was of really poor quality and had little use as bank cards would not sit in wallett. The purse has now just fallen apart as the stitching has all come undone. I have raised with Katie Loxton and the shop where it was purchased and no one is bothered at all. Would not recommend Katie Loxton for custom service or quality of product. Very poor value for money.I would never purchase Katie Loxton again.

Don’t bother ordering

Paid for next day delivery which was refunded, but still have no idea of when it will arrive or be shipped, no tracking number given.
I tried to cancel my order as it was a gift and is no longer required if it’s not going to arrive in time but was told the bag has already been personalised so it can’t be cancelled. But when I followed up to when it would shipped then, since it’s already been personalised it should be ready to ship, to nothing beyond “we’re looking into this for you”.

Brilliant

I have now purchased two handbags - one cross body bag & a large tote bag.

These handbags are absolutely lovely, so happy with them. Reasonably priced.

Loved the way they arrived, beautifully packed & speedy delivery.

Would recommend Katie Loxton.

I see we have experienced a very…

I see we have experienced a very similar issue as a few others on here. My wife was bought a bag for her 40th by a friend and like most meaningful items it doesn't come out often, but rather on occasions to maintain its quality. Like a few others and I'm sure a lot more that don't have the time or patience to review (usually me).

The stitching around the zip has now come apart and as a result so has the zip from the bag. For a company that clearly care about their image and quality of website I was surprised when they have hid behind the 'sale of goods act' as a means to not rectify what is clearly a poor quality of item.

They did in fact respond quickly which I would provide a 5 star review for, but I'm here to review the product.

I can imagine that not every customer has the same issue so when an issue arises I know first hand that it is far better to manage those issues sufficiently to maintain good customer relationships, and they can then stand by their products and quality. However the fact that this has not happened for me and others, would appear that they get a lot of complaints of defective products and as a result can't possibly sort the issues as they would result in going bust!

Here you go Katie Loxton, another poor review to receive and delete from your inbox.

Do not use this company for next day delivery

Sadly, I was taken in by the rather attractive website which rather belies the fact that this company is inefficient. It seems they have not negotiated a decent contract with their delivery company - Royal Mail - so that when Royal Mail fails to deliver on time, it is the customer who loses out. Warning to others: if you need next day delivery, go elsewhere. And they will not refund for late delivery.

Very poor product and after sales assistance.

I can only provide one star. If it were possible my rating would be negative. In line with many other customers my issue is with the pouch my daughter purchased for me, which has not yet been used, but which is already disintegrating around the seams and at the side of the zip fastening. Customer service is appalling as it is plainly a Katie Loxton product but they are requiring proof of purchase before addressing the issue effectively. Plainly, I feel uncomfortable about approaching my daughter on the matter. Disappointingly, should I wish to risk another purchase they no longer produce one saying Marvellous Mum. A dreadful, overrated company.

So impressed with my experience start to finish. I bought a handbag, laptop sleeve and necklace. They arrived in just 3 days and are beautifully presented in a personalised gift bag. My daughter will love it I’m sure.
