Awful quality ….. avoid

Weekend bag been used maybe 4 or 5 times in total.. whilst walking through Euston Station the strap came off. there was hardly any weight in the bag. I contacted Customer Service and because I was one month over the one year purchase date they said they could do nothing. Absolutely disgusted. Will not be purchasing from them again. Buyer Beware..

Treated myself to a new back to work…

Treated myself to a new back to work bag whilst on maternity, returned to work in July and started using my new bag!

Handles starting to disintegrate, I emailed customer service and was told warranty only lasts a year, I’m 6 weeks out of that so nothing they can do! Over £60 for a bag I’ve used for 3 months!!!!

Great customer service

Great customer service. The strap holder on my bag came away from the bag I had purchased 3 months earlier. Katie Loxton responded on the day I contacted them offering a replacement or refund. The replacement bag arrived two days later.

Loxton...doesn't last a long time..that's for sure.

As with most of the other reviews on this page (sadly I didn't read them prior to purchasing), although these products may look good online and initially when delivered, the durability and 'intended lifespan' of the products is somewhat questionable given the price. I purchased an overnight bag at a price of £110.00, used twice in space of 1 year and 8 months before the zip handle fell off on my hand. I contacted the company to advise and perhaps see about getting this repaired but the response was less than satisfactory to say the least...infact.. laughable. I quote direct from the company.... perhaps if they added this as part of their advertising people would be better informed 😉

Sorry but your idea and my idea of a 'reasonable' lifespan would somewhat differ... perhaps you might want to add this to your advertising to see how that goes?..... and then let me know.

As I have said, I won't be purchasing anymore products from this company. I have many bags that had considerably more use than this and still in good condition. Infact, I purchased two of those overnight bags...one slightly bigger than this one in question to alternate, let's hope that one lasts a bit longer.

I find a 20% discount an actual insult given what I have raised...plus you often put out offers, so this is of no benefit to me.

As for your final resolution, I assumed that decision was already made from your last email and did not expect a follow up. Perhaps more consideration around the tone in your emails might make for better customer satisfaction, along with the quality of your products.

Impressive

This is the first bag I have bought from Katie Loxton. I love the simple no fuss designs, really impressed with the quality and the packaging was lovely, easily matching up to designer brands.

Don't waste your money

I bought a bow shapped necklace & bow shapped earings ...the earrings on the pictures looked like solid bows but when they arrived they wernt solid but droopy & the necklace had kinks in it. I emailed Customer Service whose response was shocking...they basically said I should have watched a video of the earings on the model & not just gone on the pictures...I still can't find the video? Save your money the jewellery products are cheap tat with expensive prices & Customer Service none existent

I wouldn’t recommend this company at…

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I purchased an engraved personalised necklace and to be honest it looks quite cheap and wasn’t worth the money. The communication was really poor and I didn’t even get an order confirmation, until I emailed them. As I didn’t receive an order confirmation I asked if a mistake could be corrected and they suddenly started replying and said it wasn’t possible, but I could cancel my order if it hadn’t reached the warehouse. They gave me one night to reply then decided to proceed with the very mistake I had complained about. They are truly a terrible company and I wish I could get my money back.

Dreadful quality and customer service

I was given a Katie Loxton pouch as a present, used it twice on holiday as an evening bag. It was peeling all round the edges and the seam was coming apart. I sent an e mail with photos and was offered a £10 refund to use on the website. There is no way i would ever buy another katie loxton item as the quality is dreadful now. My other pouches, keyrings are like new.

Travel Wallet

I bought a travel wallet for my daughter last year & she has just used it for the first time on her holiday, all the material has started pealing off from every corner & it looks awful! I can’t believe the quality of this product after one use!
I reached out to customer services, who are not interested as I bought it last year!
They have not offered me a replacement or any form of credit, I am very disappointed as this will be going on the bin!

A travel wallet is not something that is going to be used everyday!

Spend your money elsewhere

With the price of the jewellery you would expect it not to tarnish so easily, I wish I had looked on Trust pilot before buying. With an average of 2.5 stars and more 1 stars than 5 I should’ve known better!

Awful service poor quality

I recieved my katie loxton bag today , very disappointed no initials on bag order clearly states personalised monogram initials ! Gift bag had mark on it , labels all creaesed and damaged , poor customer service poor quality , still awaiting reply !!!! Avoid

Excellent customer care

I have a few Katie Loxton bags, but recently my favourite cross body bag started to fray. I bought it on a cruise and have only used it a few times, so very disappointed. I emailed the Company, who responded within hours and have offered full credit. In these days of offhand service it was an unexpected pleasure to receive such prompt and excellent customer care. I would not hesitate to purchase more of these lovely designs, and recommended the service unreservedly.

I ordered 5 bags and had to return all…

I ordered 5 bags and had to return all 5 due to faulty stitching and assembly of the zips as well. Appalled with the quality of bags and the level of customer service advising they will resend the bags and was out of stock with some bags and were never resent the bags that were available as promised. Customer service was not interested in keeping their customers. Have gone elsewhere now for higher quality more expensive bags. I don't recommend Katie Loxton bags at all.

Excellent Customer Care

I have bought a few different products from Katie Loxton and been pleased with the quality and value for money of them all. Recently I bought a cabin bag which after some use started to come away at the top. Upon reporting this to Katie Loxton they responded right away and had a replacement personalised product in the post the next day. I didn't think companies cared about their customers satisfaction to this level anymore but I was very pleasantly surprised! I will be buying again!

Poor Quality & Customer Service

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Katie Loxton. I purchased one of their bags expecting decent quality given the price, but unfortunately, it didn’t even last a year. The strap completely snapped on the weekend bag and for something marketed as stylish and premium, the quality was very disappointing.

To make matters worse, their customer service was equally underwhelming. When I reached out to express my concerns, I received an unhelpful response blaming me for putting too much in the bag even although I only carry gym clothes or a few work bits. They made it clear they weren’t interested in standing by their products. For the price point, I expected far better both in product durability and customer care.

Sadly, I won’t be purchasing from Katie Loxton again they look great but I wouldn’t recommend their bags if you’re looking for something that lasts.

Nothing but positive comments from me!!

I have bought several items from Katie Loxton and have never had any problems or issues - the opposite tbh, I have always been blown away by the quality and service I have received. I have not only bought myself bags, but I have always bought them as gifts and recommend to others that have had the same service I have. I noticed a lot of negative reviews so I wanted to feedback on my experiences.
I have purchased small bags, purses, travel bags, tot bags, make-up / wash bags, accessories / gifts - most of which I have had personalised too. I think Katie Loxton bags are amazing quality, lovely colour choices and personalisation is embroidered which just finishes off the look. Nothing but positive comments from me.
