After more then one week waiting on it the item still didn't arrive.

Placed my order for a sweater and a sweatshirt and received an email confirming that the items were shipped within a few hours. I live in northwestern British Columbia and my order arrived in seven business days. The Icelandic wool sweater fits perfectly and feels and looks fantastic. The sweatshirt is warm and comfortable not to mention looks great as well. Definitely worth the price and will be buying from this company again.

The clothes are very high quality.
I am concerned about one of the sweaters I purchased as I look like a linebacker on top and the bottom is tighter than I wanted. I think their policy for returns/exchanges are good so I may go that route. The shipping was SO FAST! All and all, great experience.

Purchased the Oslo and Bergen sweaters. Excellent quality and design. Sincerely appreciate the expediency in which my orders have been received, processed, and delivered.

Disappointed with Icewear, they were unwilling to change size despite being notified immediately. Also I was charged for return postage of the item although I had paid for this myself. Response was very poor. I have bought many items in the past, but given this experience, will not be purchasing from them again.1

The first sweater was fine, 100% wool, but with the second, I only realized it was largely made from nylon. I don't care for plastics, so I returned it and paid for the return shipping myself. When it came to the refund, though, they deducted both the cost of the original shipping as well as the return shipping as if they would pay for it themselves. So in the end they charged me 70 EUR for the shipping to EU, and returned less than the price of the sweater. Unacceptable.

Bought a parka online. Delivery by DHL was fast. Item left Iceland Wednesday afternoon, delivered in The far North of Scotland on Thursday evening. Lovely parka Well impressed

I just got the Funi jacket that is wind proof & water resistant plus filled with down. I normally wear a women’s xl but this jacket is unisex. I was reluctant to order a medium based on the size chart but it fits perfectly. And if needed I can add a layer underneath it. It is very well made & it was worth the expense. I love it.

Went to the store in Vik on Sept 9th. Purchased a blanket, three sheepskins, a sweater and 2 small items. The blanket and sheepskins were to be shipped to me (I paid shipping and even for the bags). Received the blanket, but no skins. I have emailed customer service three times (first time Sept 29) and have not had any response to my requests for my skins.

Ordered at 8pm Monday 18th. Delivered 1.30pm Wednesday 20th. A fair price for the quality and design. Very pleased. Will use again.

I followed the size chart and read reviews that said sizing down from US size was appropriate. It wasn’t. No returns and now here we are.

Went and shopped at the Icewear shop at Vik, and tried to pay with my card twice; cashier told me both attempts were declined so my friend paid for me. Was not a good surprise when I checked that they still took funds from my and my friend’s account, and the transaction was further marked as completed after staying at pending. Would avoid if you would like to shop at honest sellers that don’t take multiple payments from innocent buyers.

I bought an IceWear jacket a couple of years ago. Incredibly waterproof and very comfortable. In fact it’s my second one. This one had a problem with the zip, so I contacted customer services with a photo. They responded within 24 hours and offered a replacement jacket with a fulsome apology. The replacement arrived by courier, the following day. 10/10 customer service. Thank you.

The delivery was super quick. It was shipped from Iceland to Sweden in just two days from ordering!
The sweater is really lovely and the quality is great. Everything was so much better than I expected!

The shirt I ordered had a stitch and zipper problem after 1 wearing. These things happen.
I contacted customer care and within 10 days a second shirt arrived free of charge.

Same as a few others, ordered slippers well before Christmas and still nothing but my credit card had no problem processing very quickly. And, yes, have sent inquiries with the order # to customer support and got one reply requesting even more info which I provided and still heard nothing another week later. Think this is just a scam now.

I bought an expensive wool sweater directly from the company’s website. It shipped from Iceland pretty quickly, and in time for Xmas (DHL express for en extra $35). It arrived in good time but it is pure junk. It claims to be Icelandic wool (I’m dubious), but it is clearly not hand-knitted in Iceland. The tag says “designed in Iceland” but no mention of where it is actually made (most likely some cheap labor market country in Asia). The quality is absolutely awful, so now I will have to send it back to Iceland (another $35), with nothing to show except a $70 (plus tax) lesson and no nice Xmas present for my wife (who is a big fan of Icelandic wool seaters). Avoid this scammy company.
