1 star too much you are the worst solicitors ever....contact is rubbish, mixed up names and couldnt get our address right..made us go to court you couldnt even get that right sent someone who had no idea of our case then it was thrown out and cost us thousands because you cocked up..you are the worst and I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with you from a car insurance injury claim...you should be struck off....

Please please please do not use this firm they are a load of cowboys.
It took them 6 years to deal with my claim then tried to blame me.
The last solicitor that took on my case was very rude and abrupt I was furious with him he tried to shut me up but I was not having it they work for the otherside and not for there client who pays there wages.
They keep asking for the same information that I sent in several times nobody knows what they are doing.
You can never get hold of who you need to speak to they have either left the company or they are on holiday or out of the office then all of a sudden your with someone else it's a shambles of a company.
As I said please go else where unless you want to be treated like an idiot.
my last solicitor was by name and by nature if you know what I mean.
They just lie lie lie.
my advice go somewhere else.

Absolutely awful firm!! Cannot even stick to their own timelines!!! Please look elsewhere for your PI claims, there are companies out there that do care!!

Fantastic service throughout and l was kept informed at every stage with a positive result at the end.

Generally a very good service, clear and precise. I have not given5 stars is because there employee which I believe left the company that was not forthcoming with information and at times sound aggressive. Accident resolution
I was disappointed with the length of time it took to resolve my case, and the advice and support I was given. I feel that the support and advice given, contributed to the delay in settling my claim.

I do not feel that the written correspondence was of a standard I would expect from a professional company. For instance, I was sent a letter incorrectly stating that the other parties had not admitted liability.

On a positive note, the newly appointed solicitor who dealt with my case was supportive and managed to resolve it.

A great team offering support throughout. They helped and guided me for the 4 years my claim took to settle. This included during Covid restrictions which impacted everyone. Based on my experience I can recommend.
