We recently went to use our voucher towards purchasing our wedding rings, only to discover that it had expired. Neither of us had realised that the voucher was only valid for six months, and I completely accept that it was our responsibility to read the T&Cs carefully.
What I’m finding really frustrating, though, is the lack of customer service and communication. I have emailed twice to ask whether the voucher could possibly be extended, but haven’t received a response. I then spoke to someone on the phone who was unable to tell me whether anything could be done and, unfortunately, wasn’t particularly helpful.
I tried calling again last week and was left on hold for over an hour, only for the call to eventually be ended with a message saying that no one was available.
I understand that the expiry date is ultimately our responsibility, and I’m not expecting special treatment. However, given that this voucher was intended to go towards such an important purchase as our wedding rings, I would have hoped for at least a response or someone willing to properly look into the situation.
It’s not the fact that the voucher has expired that has left me disappointed - it’s the fact that I’ve made several attempts to contact customer service and simply cannot seem to get anyone to help.

Very helpful and easy to deal with.
Dropped one star due to the difficulty getting through to a customer service person through the call helpline.

i recently purchased a watch online as a gift for my boyfriend and it turned out to be out of stock, but the team was so good, they helped me find a watch available for next day delivery, helped me in selecting the right watch and also w the price match. My special shoutout to Tiago, he was an absolute gem, helping me through the entire process on call. I called them as a very upset customer but left the call happy so thankyou!!!

Ordered at 3pm and received at 8.30 am the next day, boxed in a fancy box and purchased at the right price.i wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my watches, I’ve bought three here in the last 12 months and the aftercare is second to none!
