Easy to install and set up though i havent quite mastered setting up the keypad yet i still need to find the correct help video. 😂😂

Just easy, great team at Ajax

I am considering getting an Ajax security system and had some technical questions. The technical team responded within hours on two occasions and provided detailed and helpful details. I am impressed and it gives me the confidence to switch to their system.

I brought up a few settings challenges, and the Ajax team walked me through them, offered suggestions, and pointed me in the right direction to support my customer. The response time blew me away with how quickly they responded. Over the top!

I had problem to find admin account for hub, and no doubts Ajax support is one of best responsibile service for everything.

The Ajax technical support team were very helpful and patient. After suggesting and working through various steps in order to identify and resolve the issue, it was eventually discovered that a bug in an earlier version of the app was the cause of the problem. I have since installed the updated version of the app and everything seems to be working as it should. I’m hopeful that the problem has been resolved.

This technical support team are second to none! They have always been able to answer any question/scenario I have given them, and they are unbelievably quick at doing so.

Excellent product which appears to be very robust and easily configurable.
I contacted Support and they gave a very rapid response with comprehensive information that helped to fix the issue.
So far I would highly rate these products and the Support model is very good.

Setting up an Ajax system is almost absurdly simple: scan each device's QR code, stick or screw it on with the included bracket, done. No cables, no installer, no mess.

And then it just works. Instant notifications, virtually zero false alarms, and batteries that genuinely last years. It also grows with you: opening, motion, leak and smoke detectors, sirens, cameras and automation scenarios, all in one app, with or without a monitoring subscription.

The downside: you can't set an alert for a sensor left open too long. The system knows a door is open, but there's no way to tell it "let me know if it's been ten minutes." The window forgotten before a trip or the garage left ajar go unnoticed — exactly the kind of oversight that ends up costing money.

Bottom line: well worth it, and it would be near-perfect if they added that in a firmware update.

Excellent customer service. Responded very quickly on some technical issues and were super helpful.

I had an issue replacing the reserve battery in a FireProtect sensor. So I e-mailed support and got very detailed instructions on what might be the cause and how to resolve it (not available in manuals).
It worked just fine and solved my problem. Excellent support in any case.
