I would give it zero stars. Ordered the topper and got very very wispy no hair coverage. The plastic on the topper was bigger and fuller than the hair in the topper, Terrible product. Trying to return it but the company is being difficult. IT IS NOT TRUE to the pictures. I got about maybe 50 strands of wispy, terrible topper hair. Women who have hair loss issues already struggle so much with this, and the wispyness and terribleness of this hair topper is insulting and embarrassing.

I ordered a pack of hair extensions, I paid for 20 inch hair extensions and received 12 inch. I paid for the 20 inch tape ins and got 12 inch ombre blonde.

This company has reached back out to me to fill my order and make it right via whats app and messenger but I have yet to receive anything!

I am not happy! I wish this company would honor there word.

As a stylist, I order a lot of hair extensions and I try a lot of different brands. I have ordered from this company several times and every time I’ve had an issue. The only reason I re-ordered from this company is because this particular time I needed the invisible Weft injection tape extensions for a client. The description of these extensions implied that’s what they were but it was hard to tell from the pictures so I messaged the company and they assured me that that is what I was ordering. I waited several days to receive the extensions, got them the day before the client was on my schedule to have the hair put in and when they arrived I realize that they were not the correct extensions that I had asked for and was assured that they were. I immediately contacted the company in and they gave me the run around for six days then they said they would send the correct extensions but never did then they said oh we don’t sell those type of extensions on Amazon you have to order them from our website and they come from China so you’re gonna have to wait another 9 to 13 days. My client was very upset. At that point I had already had her booked two times on my schedule for lengthy appointments to put the hair in her head that I never received and I had taken her other extensions out of her head so now she’s walking around with no extensions and is very upset. I escalated my situation to a manager who texted me and told me that if I ordered the hair off the website that they would give me A 35% discount, but they never sent the discount code and they said they would send me a free pack of hair, which they never did either. It is now 13 more days later and I have a very upset client, no extensions and the ones that I ordered from the website still have not shipped yet. The website guarantees expedited shipping and that you receive them in 3 to 5 days which is a lie.

I also had an Issue with ordering the silver extensions from this company. I had previously ordered the platinum blonde and had no issues with the tape and another client wanted to try the silvery blonde so I ordered those and they fell out of her head within 24 hours and the company informed me that they don’t sell much of that color and that the tape was old and that they were aware of the issue but they sent them to me anyway and they said the only option was for me to order the platinum blonde and color them. So this company has now pissed off two of my clients, cost me time and money and they don’t do anything to make up for it. Do not order from them!

I purchased 3 packs of hair from this company and was not at all satisfied with the color or quality. I immediately contacted them after receiving the hair and told them l wanted to return it. They kept emailing me telling me to just contact them to do a color match. I told them the quality of the hair felt like synthetic baby doll hair and l was uninterested in repurchasing any more hair from them. They then instructed me to take pictures of the hair still in the box untouched or tampered with before they would send me a return address. After doing so they told me they charge a 15% restocking fee. I told them this is something that is not stated in their return policy on their website! I even took screenshots. They still told me it’s their policy! In the end I lost nearly $40 total for return shipping and the $27 they charged me for a restocking fee! Don’t waste your time or money!

if i could leave a 0 i would. i never received my hair and i’ve been ignored so many times. i asked to talk with a supervisor and for a phone number 20 times and never was contacted or able to speak with anyone besides the person telling me they were the victim. i was told i had to request to sign for package they changed it bc of covid but their site didn’t say that. i was supposed to receive the hair within a week and it hadn’t shipped yet so when i asked to cancel they conveniently shipped it then and couldn’t request to return it to themselves bc it wasn’t safe! then i never receive it? this place is a scam so take your $509 elsewhere please!!! worst customer service and i was clearly scammed!

Full shine go out of business. You have zero sense of what it means to be appreciative of who pay your damn bills.. it's us. Your lousy no good rotten horrible Human waste!! You are liars and thrive on stealing from your customers. Your shameful. The deer in the headlights act stopped working after month one.. now I'm going on month 3, they won't refund And guess what folks.. did u know it takes months for a USPS package to even get to USPS to ship?? I know shocking.. my only refuge here is knowing this will come back to you 10 fold and blow up in your face. My regret I can't be there to watch

Worst experience ever! I ordered 4 boxes of hair, took forever to ship, had to drive over an hour to pick up the hair in the dead of winter because they apparently don’t ship to my location and only to find out they only sent 1 of the 4 boxes! How incompetent can you be?! Do not trust this company, customer service is terrible, another rip off Chinese company.

I ordered a certain color and I received a different color. When I inquired about it I was told that they are out of stock. I was never informed, they just decided to send me something different. They said I had to return it before they send something else. I had to pay for postage and I was never reimbursed. Then there was silence. After a certain time I just cancelled the order.

This webpage (trustpilot) almost made me not buy. VERY MISLEADING- really confused about these other reviews. I went to Amazon and the reviews for full shine were really good! So I assumed it was safe to purchase from their actual website. I got them in like a week - thought it'd take month. They are very good quality. (I never leave reviews, but hated to see this so misleading)

I ordered over 300$ Worth of hair extensions however I got a coupon which made it a little less than 300$. I was told I would get feee expedited shipping for 3-5 business days. Every week I messaged them asking for updates and every week was a new excuse. First they said they were out of stock, however when I ordered it. I made sure to order the color and size that was in stock. The second excuse was the factory was shut down because of snow. The third week I messaged them they said they would urge their factory to process my order within the week. The other day I got a notification that my order was cancelled without my permission. The message said this, “Dear, we have cancelled your orderas you request, funds will take 3-5 business days to appear in your account. Hope you could pay attention to it.” I messaged fullshine and said I never asked for a refund but I did say I felt like I was being scammed a week ago. This was their response, “It will take at least two more months for our factory to finish it. Considering your impatience to wait, we have cancelled it for you.” At this point I went off on them because how are you going to have an attitude with me and say “considering your impatience to wait” when I was told 3-5 days and it’s been almost 4 weeks. This company is without a doubt the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I was unable to post this review on their website so I will be posting it anywhere else that I can. Please don’t go here. 100% scam! I have never been so disgusted with a company ever.

I am still waiting on my order. Also, the website says the order was delivered, which it was not! I am very disappointed. I purchased almost $200 worth of extensions.

Terrible hair extensions site that steals legitimate photos from other sites.

When I opened the packet I could see the hair roots meaning it was pulled out of someone's hair .... scary and disgusting sent it back. They refused to refund now my money down the drain thanks to fullshine.net

THIS WEBSITE IS FULL OF SCAMS - THE EXTENSIONS FALL OUT AND THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. I ALSO FOUND NITS IN THE HAIR THAT SHOWS IT IS UNHYGIENIC - THE FREE GIFTS WERE SYNTHETIC HAIR.
