Beautiful and expectations are met

I bought human hair topper early this year (2026). Received it on time
I brought this to my hairstylist and he colored it darker brown to match real color of my hair and he styled it with bangs. We were both happy how the hair topper felt so smooth, easy to manage, style i.e. flat iron , hair drier. He said, great quality and fits perfect on my head, added volume and looks like my real hair
I love my human hair topper, i don't feel like I have a hair topper.
I plan on getting a 2nd human hair topper in the future for back up. ☺️
I gave it 5 stars cuz all my expectations were met

Flawed design and even customer service

After two years of loyalty to this brand, the Butterfly Weft (Virgin XO Invisible Weft) was a total letdown. Despite a professional install, the hole placement creates a visible "lip" that makes the extensions look completely unnatural.
​When I reached out, the company was dismissive, providing inaccurate info and eventually blaming my "head size" and "scalp flatness" for their design flaws. Their own website instructions even contradict the product I received. For an expensive, unusable product, they offered zero resolution. Don't waste your money, plenty of other brands offer higher hole placement for a seamless, gap-free finish.

After reviewing the installation photos you provided, we noticed that a few microbeads were positioned slightly too high or applied more tightly than the others, which may have caused the two areas not to lay flat. To help improve the fit, we suggest the following:

1. For longer wefts, try dividing one loop into two shorter sections; shorter sections often lay more smoothly.

2. Use a tool similar to a clip or flat applicator to gently press the PU strip into place, helping it sit flat and soft.

3. While installing, gently pull and secure surrounding hair. After every 2–3 beads, check and adjust the weft to ensure it remains flat throughout the process.

We hope these tips help achieve a more seamless look. We truly value your feedback and are here to assist further if needed.

I received my order and reported the issue the SAME DAY it was delivered because the product is NOT wearable, and defective.

The topper has clear construction defects, including FOUR LARGE, visible stripe sections ON ONE SIDE ONLY and an unnatural, uneven,bulky parting area. This is NOT a matter of personal preference, it is a quality issue that makes the product unusable.

There was not a “white hygiene sticker,” (had item been quality checked they would have noticed that ) and again that is irrelevant. The defect was reported IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. A hygiene policy does not override a same day documented defective product.

This item should not be resold to another customer in this condition! So what does a white sticker in hygiene have anything to do with a refund!! Shame on you!

I am a cancer patient, what I received is ridiculous! Photo attached. 19 emails with documentation supporting my complaints! Disputing through PayPal

3/30/26 REQUESTING A FULL refund for a product that cannot be worn by anyone on the SAME day I received it I contacted your company. I supplied you with a CLEAR photo depicting, that ONE SIDE ONLY,HAS FOUR large stripes, and the other side blended. IT LOOKS LIKE TWO DIFFERENT WIGS WERE SEWN TOGETHER. I requested a prepaid label to return the DEFECTIVE product TO YOU IMMEDIATELY, WHICH I HAVE IN WRITING IN THE DISPUTE I SENT YOU. YOUR response on a community review board is to ACCUSE ME of wanting AND ATTEMPTING TO defraud your company, only substantiates the business you are running!

When we requested photos, you provided only one photo, which did not show the base area with the label. At the time of delivery, you did not report that the white label was missing.

Regarding the defects you mentioned, we are unable to confirm them, as the product matches the images on our website. No additional photos were provided showing the uneven or bulky areas described.

Please note that the item was a clearance product, clearly listed as non-returnable. Out of understanding, we agreed to assist with a return, but we still need clear photos of the white hygiene label to proceed. Opening a dispute before providing the requested documentation suggests an attempt to retain the product while seeking a refund.

We remain willing to resolve this professionally once the necessary photos are provided.

NOW AFTER 15 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE,ITS BEING DELIVERED, IM AT WORK, I CANT REFUSE IT. FULLSHINE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS STARTED BECAUSE THE PACKAGE WOULD NOT CLEAR CUTOMS BECAUSE OF THEM. THE DATE I NEEDED THIS ORDER HAS SINCE PASSED. FedEx informed us that due to congestion at the Memphis transit center, the shipment could not complete customs clearance there and was sent to the destination hub, where it required a second customs clearance process. This second clearance caused the delivery delay, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

For the price you get an AMAZING QUALITY and an AMAZING PRICE! I began purchasing chip ins, loved them so much i decided to commit to fullshine wefts, been wearing them for 3 month and still beautifully installed ❤️ going to give the ktips a try on a client and am so excited! I am pleased to also write my experience with their customer service when my package was returned to sender because of a shipping error fullshine reached out to ME! very quickly and asked for an alternative address and promptly reshipped at no extra shipping cost and followed up making sure I recieved my order! I have ordered Full Shine genius human hair wefts for 3 years now to make my own hairpieces. I order 4 or 5 different colors and stack them together on a thin piece of stretch lace.
