After submitting my review Full Shine decided to reach out to me & apologize, stating they never received my 30+ emails but they wanted to make this right, by offering me a return AT MY OWN COST LOL and asked me to provide them with pictures of how terrible the extensions were. I stated that I no longer had the extensions and ended up just throwing them out after months of not hearing back from them so there was no way I would be able to return them, and forwarded previous pictures. They then asked me for my order numbers which I provided, and they told me that it’s outside of their 30 day window and they actually don’t quality for return. My brain truly hurts while dealing with this company. Again, all I can say is run while you can.

I NEVER leave reviews, but for the experience I just had with Full Shine Hair I couldn’t not warn people.

If I could give this company a lower rating I would. The first set of extensions I purchased were absolutely terrible. They last maybe 2 washes and at that point I couldn’t even wear them down without them being completely matted within 5 minutes. I couldn’t wash my hair without handfuls of hair coming out.
I complained to the company and they assured me that I received a bad batch and sent a new batch. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried out the new batch, which ended up being the exact same, resulting in A LOT of damage to my natural hair. I again went back to the company and they told me that I need to get the Remy extensions in order for them to last. So I again gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased their Remy extensions myself. I was quite hopeful for these ones, however, after a few washes I was back to not being able to wear my hair down without severe matting, and the shedding was unreal. Being quite upset that I have given this company so many chances with their products, I went back to them AGAIN and complained. At this point they fought me for weeks, telling me that there is nothing they can do other than a 10% discount. Until one morning I received a very quick response from them telling me that they value me as a customer and want to give me 50% off a new set, so I quickly went on their website and noticed that they are having a 50% off STORE WIDE sale. I emailed them back and confronted them about this, requesting a refund instead as I didn’t want to use their products anymore, and have since been completely ghosted by the company. It has been weeks of me emailing them without getting a single reply back. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM.

If I can give any advice at all, spend the extra money and get better quality extensions, as you will be replacing these ones every month or two anyways due to the terrible quality, so in the end you’ll be throwing more money into the fire with this brand.

I have several clip in hair extension but I never purchased from this company. They were running a great sale and I liked that they gave the weight of the extensions so I knew what I was getting. When I received them, I loved them!!! What I found very special compared to my others, is that the clips are velcro so I was able to move them where I want them. That's important to me with the halo extension b/c sometimes I use 2 clips when wearing my ball cap and use 4 without it. I highly recommend it and I am getting ready to purchase my next extensions.

So I have like a level 10 blonde hair ,already pretty long/medium thick, and I ordered the 24 in. platinum clip ins and omg the color matched PERFECTLY with my color!! I was so nervous bc so many places will send u “platinum color hair extensions” and it’s not even close to comparing to this companies “on-point” color match to your hair! So beautiful. I cannot wait to share photos ! Thank you Full Shine. And EXCELLENT communication and customer experience. I will be using this company forever 😍

Im buying from this seller long time and frequently. They provide exelent customer service. The products they sell are very good quality. The pictures of the producuts they sell corsepond to what you will receive. I rate this seller the highest!

These are the worst tape ins I’ve ever used. The tape was garbage but I expected that after watching a hairdresser recommend them on YouTube. I spent about $120 on them which isn’t bad for hair extensions but you would expect them to at least last a full wear. I didn’t wash them except once a week and just washed the top of my own hair as touchups. By the third day they were starting to look really knotty. The color was also off and it was slightly yellow so I used purple sulfate free shampoo the first wash and deep conditioned it with a protein pack. As soon as I dried them, they look horrible. I had to constantly brush them and used an entire bottle of ouai detangler plus Olaplex oil just to keep it from looking super frizzy every day. The amount of money I spent on hair care product waste didn’t justify buying cheap extensions. The hair shed everywhere and broke off. I contacted the company three times before I got a reply. I have been talking to them for almost 2 weeks and the only time I do get a reply is when I’ve sent the third message talking about leaving a bad review. Well here we are. They offered to send me two packs even though I bought three. I said that that would be the only way to make it right. The rep acted like it was my fault they look bad and then said she forgot to read my messages. I am so done and contacted Amazon about it. It’s been almost 4 days since my last message with no reply from them.
4/5 update: The company reached out to me on 3/27 to tell me that they would send me a new product if I removed this review. I replied 3/28 that I would not do anything until the issue was resolved. They replied back saying that they would reship the extensions and send tracking. As of 4/5 they have not done this.

Please do not buy their installation hair extensions. Stay away from the U or Keratin tip - they are horrible quality, shed, get tangled like crazy, and permanently damaged my natural hair. I feel like half my hair fell out. Their customer service is great, just go with clip-ins please. Don't make the same mistake I did.

My stylist and I decided to go with the 22 inch remy weft in #4 dark brown and the 22 inch virgin I-tip in 22 inch #4 dark brown to fill the sides of my hair after the weft was installed. The quality of the hair is amazing, comparable to “Bellami” or “the hair shop” brands at a fraction of the price. The color was perfect, but my stylist and I agreed to gloss the extensions a mix between level 5+6 to blend better with my natural color! When they’re first installed, a little bit of shedding is normal where the weft is cut, but it stops eventually after brushing it a little. The I-tips don’t shed at all! The hair washes well and feels just like my real hair. One weft bundle of 100g and one I-tip bundle of 20g was enough for my head since I have fine hair. You can’t even tell I have almost 120g of extension hair in my head. Thank you fullshine!!

I believe I was sent the wrong item since the velcro strip I received did not match the advertised color I purchased nor was the color close to picture on site. Now I am expected to submit multiple images of comparison in different lightings, of the packaging, and pay for return shipping to China. Lesson learned.

I’ll save you hours of reaserch, you will not top this product!! I have been buying extensions from this company for years. My first set of tape ins stayed looking amazing for 18 months. Hair extensions are one of the things I started doing myself during Covid and I’m saving so much money! I’m not a hairdresser, actually a nurse and found this product so easy to work with. Recently tried the clip ins in and ponytail extension and also great quality. The customer services is next level also, I felt like a VIP with any interaction.

I ordered from this company during an end of year sale. Great prices, and really great customer service - I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about that! They were extremely timely in their response to me, helpful with my exchange when I needed a different color, and everything arrived on time! The hair is very silky at first, but I can see that it is a bit dry now and has a tendency to tangle when I sleep. It just needs a bit more time to style in the morning than my previous extensions, but that's fine by me - I don't have much hair of my own due to hormones, so the U-tip adds a lot more natural volume and length. If I wear it in a braid at night it seems to be ok. Love the color. For the price I paid, I'm very happy! :)

I loved the first halo that I bought so much that I immediately purchased a second one. I usually order my halo extensions from Zala, but I wanted one that wasn't quite so thick and heavy..these are the perfect thickness for my needs, and they look so natural and have great shine.

Taking the hair out of packaging extremely thin right away. Figured I'll try it.
It's been 4 weeks. I have had nothibgbut problems with it tangling. I put on my night cap and wrap it up as I always have even with Bellami hair. I wake up to a knot. I put my winter hat on and every single time I Takei off its in a knot. This is the thinnest worst I've ever had and will never purchase from fullshine again. I recommend Bellami and a couple others but this fullshine is garbage.

I’ve been using full shine for about two years and i won’t go back! I’ve used bondage and Bellami, but the quality and quantity, 100 grams, are amazing. Never got a bad bundle. I get compliments every day and i dye them to match my pink. Recommend by an extension snob!!

Hello, im a regulat customer of this seller. I like very much the quality of their profucts!! Thats the main think. The hair beautiful, the construction is high quality, it wears comfortable, lasts long time. Im so happy with every product i boght from them. And seccondly the stuff is very efficient in doing their job. Comunication with is exelent. They are fast in answering any time o contact them and they answer patiently all question and requests i have. For me this seller is on of the TOP BEST i tottaly recomed them. i have always loved fullshine. their extensions are thick soft and shiney. i see nobody complained about their extensions here because you cant. they are awesome for the price you pay! now, as for their topper the tooper is not supposed to be thick at the ends in order for it to blend in with your hair. i have se their toppers daily. as for problems with return policy? remember, the way they approach returns is from a chinese cultural standpoint. its common in china to bargain about things. its not really a fault and if you give them 1 or 2 stars they may shut down. and for the money, their product is very nice. so please dont give them low ratings for a business culture difference .

I wish I had read this website first. They sent a cheap product and they do not back up their own return policy. They literally wrote to me and said "But it may not worth it, to save the hassle of returning, may we suggest that you keep the items to dyed the color to match, or maybe give it to a friend a s Christmas gift." Horrible customer service. Avoid!!

Worst costumer service ever !!! Bad hair too!! Sent me the wrong hair color and then refused to give me a refund ! Wish I could give this garbage of a company zero stars ! Don’t waste your time or money here!!!!

Garbage, color horrible, topper made in china and super cheap, customer service tried no less than three times to convince me to keep it or give it to someone!!! Would give this 0 stars if it was possible. Says easy returns on the website within 30 days and the scammers are charging a 15% restocking fee which is not listed in the returns section but in the friendly reminder section in unleadable tiny print. DO NOT BUY...go to hidden crown topper section, quality product and no issues with returns!!!!
