Food was fantastic, entertainment great, ship spotless

A more refined experience in every way...all staff made us feel welcome and with being sight impaired registered did all that they could to make things more comfortable...I have a real problem with bright light so they made sure I had a table more shaded. Service was first class

The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The entertainment was fantastic.
The food in the restaurants and in the buffet was really good and the choice was excellent.
The choice of shore tours were were really interesting and enjoyable.

The food was absolutely amazing I could argue it made the cruise, there’s so much to do on board, crafts, art, dance classes, sports, gym classes, game shows, bingo! The staff were exceptional, so so helpful and there’s so many around to help. I am 24 and went with my grandad and there was so much for both of us!

Love cruising with Fred Olsen as they have dance hosts. I simply like dancing and being a solo passenger I haven’t got a partner.

It was a fabulous cruise. Made special with the beautiful ship Bolette, the amazing food, the friendly helpful crew, great service,and the cleanliness of the ship. Would definitely recommend it.

I've cruised with Fred Olsen since 1980, mostly with my late wife, more recently on my own or with other friends. This was a trip on my own, which is always a risk; this time, for some reason, I was on my own a lot of the time on the ship, which is disappointing. But the trip to Monet's house and gardens at Giverny more than made up for it; it was somewhere Ali and I had long wanted to go, so I went for both of us.

We had such a good time , the weather was perfect the food excellent, the staff really helpful and overall a very good time

We had a fabulous cruise on board Bolette which is a beautiful ship offering traditional service but never stuffy or over formal!
The inside cabin we had was perfect, always spotlessly clean and the beds the most comfortable I’ve had on a holiday!
The food was always of the highest standard and plentiful but not over facing! Absolutely outstanding!
The ship was spotless, pool areas stunning and viewing areas just amazing. I would recommend Fred Olsen to anyone! They are outstanding in every way!
The service at Liverpool including check in and check out the smoothest and most stress free travel experience you could hope for. Staff were attentive but also followed the guidelines in terms of timings for boarding. Everyone had to stick to their check in times. We witnessed fabulous service to the more vulnerable people on the cruise( those in wheelchairs, elderly or travelling alone) . We also saw families with children, couples and extended families travelling together with little stress boarding.

Entertainment was of a good quality and never imposing. This is a relaxing cruise experience which you can make what you want it to be. Perfection!
