My call was answered quickly and I spoke to a very knowledgeable member of staff, Curtis Gillard. He knew exactly and without hesitation what information was in which document. He directed me to the right ones so I didn't have to find my way through a dozen of more documents. Very grateful for that!

Great experience as a first time purchaser of flat insurance
