We had an unfortunate circumstance…
We had an unfortunate circumstance where we ordered our first Firepit cover and that one did not fit so we returned it for another one and that one “rusted” within a few days and it was extremely flat and heavy! The manufacturer did NOT stand by their product but your company specifically Joel took the time to research another cover option for us and discounted the product since it was literally our 3rd cover and we endured a ton of unnecessary return restocking penalties and shipping penalties so needless to say we were not happy but hopefully 🙏🏻 this third cover will work. We are awaiting its arrival thank you!

The guys at Fire Pits Direct were great in finding me the correct burner for my fire pit i.e., size to fit. I had to return the pan & burner that was too long & wide to fit the current rectangle. Return fee was a bit steep but overall a great experience.

Seamless process from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with my 8' fire table! The shipping was fast with excellent packing, delivered on oversized pallet. Install was simple using their brackets and with one phone call to support, we figured out a fix for a whistling noise caused by my appliance line. They sent a whistle free appliance connector and all is well!

The fire table was damaged when it arrived. I have been trying for months to get it attended to with no luck. I never hear back. I have given up waiting for a response. I would never use Fire Pits direct again.

Mostly dead on arrival
I received the fire table promptly. After using the ignitor 3 times, that portion of the control panel became loose and basically fell into the inside side panel. Contacted Fire Pits Direct and they responded promptly that they had to contact the manufacturer. This took several days to get a response. Manufacturer wanted to to super glue the control panel. This did not work. Several more days to hear back from manufacturer. They finally agreed to ship a new side panel. It took the manufacturer several days to ship the replacement for their defective part. All told it was 2+ weeks before I had a working fire table.
