Refused refund after sending 2 damaged hoodies

Sent a damaged custom hoodie, which they replaced with a damage custom hoodie - both with ink bleeding all over the place or not filled in - then refused a return because of "strict" policies. Absolutely disgusting.

Bought a Lamar Jackson purple jersey in…

Bought a Lamar Jackson purple jersey in January didn't wear in until May afterward, it starts cracking off.They won't exchange it or nothing because it's past 90 days after selling me a damaged goods so whenever you buy from this site make sure u inspect your products properly even if you're not ready to use it inspect it please don't end up like me with damage goods.

I received what I ordered but the…

I received what I ordered but the pictures of the item are what hooked me. The Notre Dame men’s polo shirt in the picture is a gorgeous dark blue but when I received the item it was as the description says - navy; and it’s definitely navy - a dark blue which is close to black. Really wanted that gorgeous blue. This happens frequently on other websites.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a U of I final four shirt over 7 weeks ago. Got repeated emails on 'production issues'. Liars. Now received a 'we are out of stock and your order is cancelled' message. Customer service was of no help. Zero. Yet, when you google the shirt, Fanatics are still advertising it. Never, never buy from this site. Total fraud.

Sizing Beware

I have purchase 10 tee shirts in the last 3 months and today I received 2 shirts that only measuring the front half it was 21 inches wide meaning it was a either my wife and i were going to wear it together or go find an offensive lineman to gift them to. They were non returnable. To me, this a highly unethical way to reduce inventory. Beware when you order a Large shirt, you may get a tent for your kids. Just got blown off with phone support. They move product by mislabeling and making the sale final.

Charged shipping after entering free shipping code.

Ordered an item and it was noted as free shipping with code. Was going to checkout (code entered)and Fanatics asked me to re enter my address. I did this immediately was sent to pay button and clicked it and was then charged shipping. Can’t get them to answer, will not bring them my business again.

I received no attempt at contact. The order number is 365-4701-9455.

05/26/26-Still nothing from them, all lip service. Horrible customer service they will never get my business.

The biggest complaint I have with…

The biggest complaint I have with Fanatics is the window for cancelling between after placing an order and before the order is shipped is 30 minutes; way too short! I tried to have my order cancelled with help from their customer service and they said there's nothing they can do until my order gets shipped. Fanatics cancellation policy window needs to be better!!

Getting funds can be a headache

I like the app I have won a few dollars. I like the variety of games that can be played. However, the app offers a venue where I can pick up my cash which was ideal cause I don't have a bank account right now. They would not send the money back to my cash app card that I deposited the money from to begin playing in the first place which makes no sense to me. Anyhow,v the Hyattsville MD location was the closet venue for me. After I picked up money from that location, a couple days later I won some money and they didn't have that location as an option and I had to withdraw the funds to a location in New Jersey which is a much farther location. I just believe that they do this so I will get frustrated and continue to play and lose the money I've won.

Dishonest and Unethical

The return policy is terrible and dishonest. If you return items and want a full refund, they require shipping be paid, but if you take it as an E-gift card, they give credit for the full amount and no cost return shipping. So, I took the E-gift card option. What they do not tell you if the gift card is only good for 365 days and after that it's voided. According to the rep they can't even look up the order after 366 days. So they get their items back and now have the full amount of what I paid for the items. How is this even legal? No wonder they have a terrible reputation.

Ordered 2 packs of Topps Now WBC cards

Ordered 2 packs of Topps Now WBC cards. 2 months later, I received 1 pack, and 1 unsealed package with nothing in it but a receipt. USPS stamped it with red ink saying "Received Unsealed" AI customer service told me I had to wait to more days until they could do anything incase the cards arrive. Fantastics is Garbage all around. MLB needs to ditch them

Fanatics poor service

Thank you for the prompt response!

Please note that each XL shirt was made by different companies, so that could be the reason for one fitting differently than the other, as they were not made by the same company or manufacturer and each company has there own sizing chat and dimensions. If the items are no longer wanted, you are more than welcome to return them for a refund by accessing the returns portal on our website. I see that the size isn't shown on the tags but should be located on the back of the shirt where the NFL logos are

I didn't say the items were no longer wanted I dispute they're size they're supposed to be. The whole point I've made from the start is that there's nothing on the garment denoting their actual sizes as there should be, not on the care label, nothing around the neck NFL logo area, obviously nothing on the tags, which is why I'm questioning the sizes. It's disingenuous to say if you want a refund return the items (at my expense) when it's yourselves who sell items that customers cannot confirm the sizes off. This is your responsibility, stop trying to wiggle out of it, admit you need to do better and do right by me. Akbar Ejaz

The fact that I've supplied all the proof, pictures of the shirts, tags, nothing shows the size of the shirts and the response is return them (at my expense) in principal offends me, when you've supplied shirts that don't denote their sizes, so I'm very unhappy with your products and your level of customer service.

My personal opinion is avoid this company and their terrible customer service.

Update:
After exchanging multiple emails with photos to prove what I was saying, they finally relented once I said I'd posted a review on TrustPilot, and refunded me for the 2 T shirts

Will hose you on delivery charges.

ordered one hat then found another one two minutes later wanted to add it to the order that I completed to save shipping cost. They refuse to do that. That is absolutely poor customer service and bad business. Not a good second experience and it made me review the first experience and want to send everything else back.

Unless you live in the US, forget about getting nascar merch

As a nascar fan, this is pretty much the only place to get nascar apparel….only problem is most of the apparel they have they can’t ship to the uk…..tried to order to a parcel forwarding service and they cancelled the order. On their fanatics UK site they have ZERO nascar merch, none. Going to email nascar directly to complain as fanatics clearly don’t give a damn

I wrote another review and it was responded to just for the sole purpose of saving face because they did absolutely not a fing thing to help me i have sent 28 emails and at this point Im going to do everything I can to get this p.o.s. Book out of my state it’s at my local casino and guess what my dad is the mayor of that city so goodbye fantastic because he wants you guys gone too i have explained everything to him and showed him the proof he is probably more mad than I am …. I wanted my account back open since you guys played with me Im going to take it further. It’s crazy after this post they finally did something!

Absolutely the worst casino app in…

Absolutely the worst casino app in Michigan!!! Spend thousands here and can't even get a reply from customer support. They've been holding my funds in the withdraw process , not releasing them by not completing the transaction. Leaving me with one option, to go back here and play so they can take it all back

Worst Customer management ever!

Purchased some polos on the website.
They were all too big even if I followed carefully the size helper while chosing, which lead me to order an XL.
I called the customer service and they told me no problem, go on the website and perform the request on the Returns Portal, you will be refunded for either the shipping costs as for the items value since you will return the items within 14 days from receipt.
I pay the shipment for the product return, the item are received and they only refund the product value.
I do contact them over email and they told that I shall have advise them over email to this email address customerservices-fanaticsretailgroup.com and in that case they would have refunded also the shipping costs. I tried for test purpose to send email and it doesn't even allow to receive email.
So, following the procedure on their site is wrong, I shall have done something not mentioned anywhere and not mentioned not even by them over the phone.
I required them to consider that I made it wrong in consequence of their lack of information and hence refund also the shipping cost. They simply told me that I was wrong.
So I can only suggest not to purchase on their website, absolute unsuggested!

Buyers beware

Buyers beware! They sell jerseys with names GLUED on them then refuse to refund you when the letters start falling off. Huge quality issue and they promised to refund initially then they never did. This was a CUSTOM jersey too- so it was pricey!
