Buyer be aware of doing business with Mitchell & Ness. They sent out a jersey that the name plate wasn’t centered and could not understand how it got past quality control. They have no phone number and only reply by email. 5 days later I finally got a response and when I replied they said another response won’t be due because of delays on response time. This is ridiculous. I called fantastics since they own most stakes for Mitchell & Ness but they don’t handle their mistakes. From experience, stay away from Mitchell & Ness. Customer service is very poor and incompetent!

I've been playing fanatics online casino for over ten years now, n I've spent hundreds of thousands n thousands n thousands of dollars there n I've NEVER EVER EVER EVER made a single withdraw from that scamming shit hole,, did you hear what the puck I just said,, over ten years playing there n have spent thousands hundreds of thousands of dollars there n you scamming no good low life crooked rip off mother puckers have never ever let me win enough to make a single puckkng withdraw,, every time I even get close to 50 dollars your network mysteriously has to reset it self, or your having technical issues, or is 8 this problem or that problem, no matter what you've always got a reason to reset the network so that you can keep me from winning any money,, well I'm sick of you crooked mother puckers always ripping me off,, I'm going to every news outlet that will listen n I'm exposing you mother puckers,, I'll also be filling a law suit that's in the tens of millions of dollars as well,,I hope every last one of you mother puckers die,, see you in court mother puckers

The company's response is pulled straight from someone's overactive imagination. I was communicating with the support email they referenced in their reply, not customer service. I did finally drag it out of support that no winnings or withdrawals existed, but not before being stonewalled and treated like *I* was the scammer.

Recently I found out that someone had created a Fanatics account in my name with all of my personal info. I messaged Fanatics about it to make sure that the scammer didn't win any money or cash out any prizes that could have tax implications since they used my SSN. They sent a message saying the account is closed, okay. But I wrote back because I needed more info.

All they will say in response to my questions is some variation of "your account is permanently closed and it's not reversable." I am not begging for an account. I'm asking about what activity was on the account and they refuse to tell me. Fanatics, you allowed someone to create an account in my name and they probably weren't even in the USA, then treat me like I did something wrong? Get outta here. Glad you never got a single dollar from me if this is the way you treat fraud victims.

The shorts I purchased were too short and too thick and very poor quality. They are not returnable they say...

Beware of using fanatics live.. Instant rips give you a card worth less than what you paid almost every time.

Second issue are the breakers.

90 percent of the breakers are charging absurd prices. Like $1800 worth of spots for two boxes valued at $800. Fanatics shouldn’t be allowing such insane Markups. Some breakers also take forever to ship and damage cards during the breaking process. Support is non existent. If you complain they will block you from chatting in live streams.

Also beware of the breakers who do what’s called “rebreaks”. These are cards that they package themselves that they can’t sell and then auction off spots to win garbage cards.

Overall the site is pretty scammy and predatory. It’s unregulated gambling where you most always will lose.

I received the wrong item twice . Had to go out of my way to return their mistake , and I still haven’t received my refund over a month later . Customer service reps read off a script and endlessly promise someone will be in contact with you in 24-48 hours and it never comes to fruition! Awful customer service . Still over here waiting for my refund after 34 days

Resolution to the dilemma that generated original review has been accomplished promptly and courteously, in form and fashion as all my previous orders. Sincerest thanks.

They rectified the free shipping coupon. All is well.

I’m posting a separate review because I’m at my wits end. It’s now been over 2 weeks of me trying to get my refund corrected on my order. At first I was met with “there’s nothing we can do about stolen or lost gift cards”… they’ve been in my email waiting to be used but okay… and now I am completely being ignored. Emails unanswered and still my refund has not been rectified. At this point I am asking for a FULL REFUND of my order to the CARD USED FOR THE ORDER. No more gift cards. It seems as though you guys are scamming paying customers out of their hard earned money… very disappointing

Terrible. I ordered a duffle bag to give as a retirement gift for my boss. I ordered it 7/14/26 and noticed the next day in the email order confirmation it's estimated arrival is not till 8/14. Even though the item says in stock. They won't let me cancel the order even though they have not taken the item off the shelf, they haven't boxed it, nor they shipped it. How the heck does a company not have the option to cancel my order when the only thing they have done thus far is take my money? I now have to wait for them to pay an employee to box, ship the item, wait on ups to deliver, then initiate a freaking return. Horrible experience that wastes everyone's time and resources.

I ordered a Yankees hat, ups answered it was delivered yesterday & I didn't receive it. They're going to send another, but I want it through USPS, not ups & they can't confirm me that. So with that said they're losing a customer because of ups!

Ordered a Childs Lakers jersey, 6 days into the order was told that there is a "delay" no one can tell me what the delay in processing is, or when my order will come. Also its extremely hard to get any form of commitment of when a date will be fulfilled, and find the same product on the website (while unavailable) at 50% off the price i paid. All a bit insulting and un-necessary. Also, cant seem to make a complaint or have a discussion with a manager, I really wonder why? Still unaware but hopefully will be getting some feedback regarding alternatives and potential solutions today. Lets see.

Update: Following a discussion today with a manager this has been improved upon. They have managed to provide a good solution to accept for the failings and following a productive discussion this has improved the outcome.

Order not received and now being ignored.

I placed an order over 4 weeks ago, I paid extra for fast track delivery within 3 days, I am yet to receive my order and according to Shop App, the order hasn't even been received by China Post or shipped.

My friend made an larger order on the same day and is in the exact same position.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was sent a horrible quality jersey, shoulders are very wonky and pointed. I asked to replace it and was tols they were having tracking issues on their end and was asked to wait several days before I could start that process. When that day finally arrived Fanatics was sold out of the team Jersey I wanted, and after much scouring of the Internet, I was unable to find a replacement anywhere other than from the team itself, which is located in Europe and wanted $77 to ship it to me. I went round and round with customer service live chat at least five different chats started and ended with different people with no resolution.. in short, they sold me a second piece of garbage clothing made me wait until there weren’t any more to be purchased and then told me I could basically just have my money back. I really wanted to have a quality Jersey to celebrate with my team during this last bit of the World Cup, but fanatics has denied me that opportunity and was less than congenial about helping me resolve it. In short be very careful when ordering from these shysters! They will take your money and leave you hanging out to dry. A very, very disappointing customer service experience to say the absolute least!

I ordered a hat using a discount code. The hat never arrived and I later received an email that my order had been cancelled, “per my request”. After chatting with 3 separate customer service representatives, none of which could view the previous conversations, I was told that it was a supplier/delivery issue. I asked to re-order the same hat utilizing the same discount code I had used previously. I was informed that that discount code had expired and was no longer available so they could not offer it or free shipping. To re-order the same hat it was going to be more expensive. Poor customer service. I only wanted the hat, but will now order it and all future items elsewhere.

I ordered an adult men’s 2XL blue jays jersey as a gift and received a child’s small jersey instead. The child’s jerseys is much cheaper as-well, so I don’t have the proper jersey size and also have lost money. Very upset and I do not recommend ordering from fanatics.

Fanatics does not honor gift cards purchased at Target! Don't buy the poorly made cardboard Fanatics gift card because the card number scratches off.
Fanatics will do nothing to replace and neither will Target.

I ordered June 2nd and paid 10 euros for Express Shipping for working day delivery. It should've arrived June 6. (Weekend in between). Now it's July 8th and DHL mentions that the package hasn't been even handed over to them. Why not?
You can't get a hold of anyone on the phone, nor the live-chat, nor via email. One of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had.

**1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience**

I placed an order over a month ago, and only part of it was delivered. The remaining items have never arrived, yet the company has kept my money and provided no communication, no updates, and no explanation.

Their online chat support is equally frustrating. It's virtually impossible to get a meaningful response or have an issue resolved. Every interaction has been a waste of time, and no one seems empowered to actually help customers.

For a company representing England's official merchandise, I expected much better customer service and communication. Instead, I've been left chasing an order, waiting weeks without answers, and now requesting a refund for products I never received.

I would not recommend ordering from this store based on my experience.

Purchased Topps cards. No where in the description did it say the five card set had all the same cards in them. I purchased with the understanding that there were going to be five different cards. Very deceiving and disappointing
