Long story short
Long story short, DPD delivered my order to the wrong house. Contacted DPD who admitted this and asked me to see if I could find it......I could not, the gps waypoint they gave me was in the middle of a road and none of the houses in the area looked like the photo they sent of the front door. So I complained to DPD who promptly stopped answering my emails.
Then complained to pharmxtra who said they contacted DPD and apparently the correct code was given for the package.
But wait a minute.....didn't dpd admit they delivered the package to the wrong house?
Yes, they did.
Then how could the correct code have been given?
It couldn't, dpd are simply lying.
I sent pharmxtra the email chain showing dpd's admission, their response...."dpd say the correct code was given". well, they also say they delivered it to the wrong house so how could the correct code have been given?
Over a month later i'm still down £100 and have no pain relief medication....and no sign of a refund from pharmxtra or replacement.
This is what happens when you use cheap ass couriers.
And if pharmxtra are reading this..
Yes I sent you guys dpd’s admission as well as the whole email chain, and you’re still taking their word for it, brilliant.
