Long story short

Long story short, DPD delivered my order to the wrong house. Contacted DPD who admitted this and asked me to see if I could find it......I could not, the gps waypoint they gave me was in the middle of a road and none of the houses in the area looked like the photo they sent of the front door. So I complained to DPD who promptly stopped answering my emails.
Then complained to pharmxtra who said they contacted DPD and apparently the correct code was given for the package.

But wait a minute.....didn't dpd admit they delivered the package to the wrong house?

Yes, they did.

Then how could the correct code have been given?

It couldn't, dpd are simply lying.

I sent pharmxtra the email chain showing dpd's admission, their response...."dpd say the correct code was given". well, they also say they delivered it to the wrong house so how could the correct code have been given?

Over a month later i'm still down £100 and have no pain relief medication....and no sign of a refund from pharmxtra or replacement.

This is what happens when you use cheap ass couriers.

And if pharmxtra are reading this..

Yes I sent you guys dpd’s admission as well as the whole email chain, and you’re still taking their word for it, brilliant.

Scammers

I saw them advertise on Instagram and decided to give them a chance…..and got burned. A month later my stuff hasn’t arrived and no shipping info. I have emailed them and they don’t reply. So I’m going to have to file a claim through PayPal to get my money back. Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered!!

Tried to order £300 worth of items, got to shipping and, surprise surprise they don’t ship to Northern Ireland……Levi’s manage to ship here without issues, why can’t wrangler? You’d think I was living in the moon or something!

Useless dishonest company

Evri lost a parcel of mine before Christmas…being evri I took out insurance.
When they lost my parcel I filed the correct paperwork and was told someone would get back to me. It is now almost April and no one has gotten back to me. Any email I sent I get an automated reply and nothing more. If you phone you get robot. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to an actual person. So thanks to evri I’m £200 down.
I have absolutely no idea how they don’t have a much lower rating on this, I suspect the use of bots giving false reviews….but if you’re tempted to use evri…DONT! They will lose your items and ignore you when you seek compensation.

Lost my parcel

I am an eBay seller and, unfortunately, was forced to use evri to ship a package internationally….whenever the post office clerk asked if I wanted to insure the package I nearly bit off his hand to do it as I have zero faith in evri.
Package goes off and I sit back….a few days later I check the tracking info and it’s in a warehouse somewhere in London. A few days later I check again and still in the same warehouse. Over a week goes by and I reach out to evri who tell me they can’t find my parcel, but they’ll get back to me in two days after they’ve searched the warehouse. Well, they get back to me and you guessed it, they can’t find it. I am sent a link to a claim form which I fill in however I am unable to send it as it doesn’t like the American post code, so I substitute it with my own UK post code and message even explaining the fault in their form. They tell me they will look at it and get back to me.
Three weeks later, still nothing.
Will I get the £200 I am out thanks to evri? Who knows, no doubt they’ll find some sort of loophole and only refund the postage cost.
But the moral of the story is….if you want something to actually get somewhere, don’t use evri.

As predicted, 20 minutes after I post evris chat bot posts a copy and paste reply under the guise of “Nikki”. At this point I’m wondering if any humans work at evri aside from the drivers…received a message from evri this morning advising me to contact my local post office branch who would advise me of my options….this after telling me to fill in a claim form, which I have done and received no update or a refund. The office didn’t lose my parcel, evri did!

Useless!!!

Useless! They advertise that they ship UK wide….i just spent 20 minutes picking out things for me and others for gifts, cart came to nearly £200, but when I get to shipping it tells me they don’t ship to Northern Ireland. On checking other reviews I see someone complained about this back in 2022….its nearly 2025 and they still haven’t gotten their act together. Absolutely ridiculous!

Yodel, just terrible

I used to think that Evri were the worst courier but I’m now thinking yodel.

My last delivery with them a couple of months ago they just straight up lost.

My most recent experience, I received an email saying they were going to deliver on Friday. Great, I’m off work Fridays. But on Thursday morning I get an email telling me they’re going to deliver between half 7 and 9am and that my package requires a signature. So I diverted it to my local drop off point fully expecting an email later in the day telling me it had been delivered.

By Friday morning, still nothing. I contact yodel, they tell me the package will be delivered today and to watch the tracking info. Only the tracking info hasn’t updated since yesterday. I called at the drop off point and they told me they didn’t have anything. Tracking info still hasn’t updated, no explanation by yodel as to why it wasn’t delivered, no estimated delivery date, no anything. Brilliant customer service, I fully expect this package to get “lost” as well.

They use cheap ass couriers

Never had an issue with eumeds before….ordered and the prescription was given the okay within an hour or so and then dispatched the next day. Unfortunately they chose yodel to deliver and, of course, I never got the order.
Eumeds did eventually refund me but they deduct the cost of the consultation which came to £25 or so. So while I got a refund it was only around 2/3 of what I originally paid. They did give me the option of a replacement but I have zero trust that yodel will deliver….even more so when I read yodels terms and conditions which state that they do not carry drugs as proscribed by the misuse of drugs act….which is basically any medication not bought over the counter.

I would give them zero stars if I…

I would give them zero stars if I could.

I recently moved address and received an email that an item I had ordered had been shipped. I contacted the sender who told me I needed to raise the issue with Evri....so I did....at least I tried to...

I type in the tracking info and there is no option to divert the parcel to a shop or another address, only to drop off the parcel with a neighbour or a "safe place" on the property.....which I can't do as I no longer live there.

So I try using their online chat bot...which was as useful as a chocolate fireguard, I left messages that I had moved address and to deliver to the new address...received an email that someone would get back to me....they never did.

I tried phoning, did I get a human? No. Did I get a computer that was as useful as tits on a bull? Yes. Typed in the tracking info only to get an automated message that someone was already looking at the issue....only they weren't as despite leaving umpteen messages over the span of a week no one ever got back to me and now the parcel has been delivered to the wrong address. I went to the address and spoke to the new owner who denies having the parcel, so it's gone. Well done Evri for being as useful as a waterproof teabag!

Exactly what I asked for

I ordered a custom suede jacket from this company recently as I had been looking for a particular style of jacket for some time and couldn’t find it so decided to get one made and was very happy with the finished product. Communication was good with the company contacting me several times to double check measurements etc. would 100% order from them again.

This product is a SCAM.

This product can be bought on alibaba for about £8. This site, and others, buy up large quantities and sell them on for £50+
Check out reviews of this product on youtube.
The claims on the website are totally bogus, it has no air filter, it will not heat a large room in seconds and it doesn't cost pennies to use. Don't be fooled!

AVOID like the plague

What can I say that hasn't already been said about this company?

I worked for them at Belfast City Airport and it was, without a doubt, the worst job I have ever had.

They are continually under staffed, you will be expected to do the job of 2 or more people

I found many supervisors to be ok, some are just bullies who have a little bit of authority and think they are someone. They delight in misapplying petty rules to torment the workers.

Pay......every single month I worked there I had pay issues, either the wrong amount or I didn't get paid at all. It's a shambles.

They have a horrifyingly bad annual leave system

The pay is also extremely low when you consider what your resonsibilities are and the volume of work you are expected to do.

Please, if you are considering working for Mitie, don't.

Useless

Ordered mid April. A few days later I get an email saying I’d get the package in a couple of days. Mid May I begin to wonder where the package is so I email better man….I get no reply. I email again a few days later…..no reply. I’ve now had to file a dispute with PayPal and, so far, no reply from better man.
Brilliant.

Shockingly bad customer service

Went to my local branch to use my £100 spend local card. Got to the checkout and attempted to use my card but it was declined. Tried another few times, all declined, ended up paying with my debit card.
Thinking it was a problem with the card I made enquiries with mastercard and was told that the first transaction with m&s is showing as "pending" while the others show as "declined". So essentially i've paid for my shopping twice. I attempted to call my local branch and got a very annoying automated message asking what I was phoning for...no matter what I said the query was it told me to return to the branch. Tried again on the virtual chat on their website...which is also automated, told me to return to the branch. It seems it's impossible to speak with a human or get something sorted out on the phone. Yeah, no problem m&s I'll just do a 60 mile round trip to try and fix your error. Fantastic customer service, m&s, fantastic!
