After a short hold, the phone was answered quickly and then Darryl dealt with my two queries very efficiently.
It was good to speak to someone for a change rather than just do everything online as this gives a degree of comfort to the customer.

He actively listened to the issue I was experiencing and immediately stated he could action my needed activity on my behalf as FBS were experiencing system issues. He was thorough with security and actioned the request on my behalf explaining the anticipated timeframes involved. Whilst actioning my request he asked questions to build rapport. Ethan Edwards was polite, understanding and efficient

I'd been unable to open my locked account due to the password I was using apparently being incorrect. Therefore I had to reset the password which was easier said then done particularly due to my age and not being at all at ease with working online. The Family BS agent who took me through the process, namely Saniya, was extremely helpful and patient in guiding me to a successful conclusion.

My query was dealt with efficiently in an incredibly friendly manner by Becky.

I wanted to reset my password and memorable word. Jason was very helpful, patient and courteous.

Great customer service, The phone was answered quickly, and I was wonderfully and patiently guided through the procedures get me back into my account when I was using a broken phone with a poor connection, whilst abroad.

The lady I spoke to was so kind and patient with my problem which took a while to sort out, as I am 81, not tech savy and got it wrong a couple of times. But she was happy to start again until the problem was sorted, much to my relief.
