After not being eligible for half a dozen ISAs and going round in circles with another 3-4, I came across this Company on MSE. Not the top interest rate, but still very good for the fixed term ISA, I decided to go with them. Compared with the other Companies I'd encountered over the past few days, they were a breath of fresh air. Easy to set up and just as easy to transfer money in, with the money showing on the account in 5 minutes, on a Saturday too. Excellent coms after each stage.

Great website, easy to open and manage accounts. Decent interest rates. I had a problem recently when I made a deposit into my 90 day notice account instead of my newly opened isa. This was sorted for me very quickly. 100% recommend!

Key difficultly

Fraud Departments of banks don’t like you sending the minimum £5k to open account in first instance and sending an initial £10 is bounced, followed by the balancing £4990.

Irritatingly still have not accommodated joint accounts.

Quick and easy process to join. Interest went straight into my chosen bank account. Good interest rates, better than high street banks. Would definitely recommend

Opening the online Flexi Saver account was easy but realising you can’t change where your interest gets paid is irritating and making me want to close the account. It just doesn’t make any sense to me.

Also I cannot believe it’s all on the browser with no app. In this day and age.

Why offering simultaneously a LOWER RATE for
2026-27 ISA than 2025-26 ISA. ?

It was very easy to open accounts with Investec once you have had the necessary security check. The interest rates are very good.

Would recommend to anyone even those more technically challenge.

It is easy to invest with Investec. Instructions are clear and their digital platforms are user-friendly.

simple to do and worked OK, but 2 weeks later the interest rate went up and i couldn'e take advantage of that - should have waited to closer to end of financial year
