We had two conversations with Genevieve today, one about savings and one about our mortgage.
She was helpful friendly and efficient.

I spoke to Daryl, (apologies if that's misspelt), who could not have been more helpful and patient.
I can't fault your customer relations.

I spoke to Cameron who resolved a repetitive issue I was having every time I attempted to log into my account. He was extremely polite friendly and patient. He soon had me logged in which was a great relief. The customer service of Family Building Society is in my opinion amazing and I would thoroughly recommend anyone wanting to save money to study their website. A remarkable experience and much appreciated. Thank you.

Lisa was very helpful and friendly and sorted my problem quickly.

Phone call to confirm funds and reset security handled wonderfully by Lisa. So pleasant and patient. Only opened account 2 hours previously and am impressed by their customer support.

Although it took a few minutes to get through to customer services when I did speak to Lisa she was very helpful and very quickly managed to resolve my issue. I would add that there is an option to request a call back when the customer service is busy so you do not have to hold on if you do not want to and have found in the past this works very well.

I really appreciated the help from the gentleman at the Family Building Society. He was able to sort out two issues I had quickly,patiently & efficiently.
Also,from previous experiences I have had they are a super organisation to deal with. Thank you.

I had a problem being unable to access my account.
After a long call with Lisa the problem was identified.
Then, during a follow up call Lisa very patiently 'walked me' through the log in process.
It was a pleasure to deal with an organisation that, to use the hackned phrase, 'was very customer facing'.

Kathrin Ambrose responded to my call and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant, very polite and very helpful. Everything was sorted in less than 5 minutes.

Polite, efficient, patient!

Please stop telling everybody they answer the phone. It will ruin it for existing customers. Furthermore the person who answers deals with your query - old school.
The products are competitive and once you've got over the recent change to the sign in the website is clear.
