My old phone was water damaged
My old phone was water damaged, so when new phone arrived two weeks earlier than advised, I couldn’t get to pin that was sent on the same day as phone was arriving, so the driver said no worries it’ll go back to warehouse and will be delivered again in two days, however it wasn’t, you completely cancelled the order without asking me, I’ve emailed you 3 times saying I really want this phone and to send again! Now I have to do the process all over again! I’m annoyed.

Good communication and good service the only thing I was not happy was the actual phone box was ripped on top of the box and for the value of the phone the box should of not been ripped the rest was ok but I am not happy about that thank you.

Incompetent and immoral
The first phone they sent out got lost, after over a month of chasing them, (including dealing with the odd very rude member of staff) they finally sent out the replacement phone. On opening the packaging, it turned out they had sent me the wrong phone.
After opening the package, I rung them to return the phone for the correct phone, and they told me that as it has been over a month since the order, they will not do anything.
Terrible service start to finish. Not looking forward to trying to resolve the return of the wrong phone.

So far so good.
The actual porting of my number went very well. When I called the provider, ID Mobile, about logging into my account I had a very good customer experience. Haven't given 5 stars as kept having emails saying I should log into my account and turned out this was not possible until my number had been ported.

Very Good and Reliable
My experience with E2save was very good I don't know where all the bad reviews have come from. The only issue I had was with DPD when delivering my phone. apart from that E2save and ID mobile were absolute stars.

Good value sim card sent quickly

Phone not received - Order No. 130872864
I ordered a phone & 2 year plan and the next day received a power pack instead. I reported it to customer services immediately. E2save raised a delivery dispute with DPD which would take 6 days. I waited patiently and 10 days later they said DPD had no record that the parcel had been tampered with.
I sent them detailed photos of proof that the package had been tampered with. E2save then escalated the dispute with DPD. There have been emails back and forth for over 5 weeks now and they keep saying that they've escalated the matter with DPD. If DPD do not accept my photo proof then I will need to raise a civil dispute with DPD. They have washed their hands of all responsibility. Meanwhile they will not cancel my contract because it is in dispute and I am still being charged. I am so upset and disgusted with this company and DPD!
