Rated two stars as it’s great value when everything works, disappointing when it doesn’t. Be prepared to be asked personal details which are not necessary for a mobile contract. Complaints policy let’s call you when you’ve told us you are unable so we can say we made contact!

Great value for money
Great value for money. I saved just under £585 over my two-year contract compared to the same phone and deal from my current network provider.
I also used ID Mobile instead of the network beginning with a letter towards the end of the alphabet :-)

problem with logging in.
I have tried to buy a phone but have only been left with

And my ID number, as i’ve tried to log on to the website, it keeps saying my postcode is wrong.
It isn’t 😂

Save yourself the trouble and do not buy from this company.
I returned my contract within 14 days due to bad reception. They informed me that contract has been cancelled but it was never cancelled.

6 months later:
My credit file is showing that I missed payment for 3 months.
I have been speaking to their customer service, they have been lying to me one after the other. They promise to call me back but they never do.
They ask me if I want to be transferred to the survey, I tell them yes and they deliberately disconnect the call!!!
Sometimes I call the customer service they listen to my concern and they disconnect the call!!!!
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO HAVE THIS ACCOUNT SETTLED!!!!!!!!???????
I DID NOT USE THE CONTRACT AND CERTAINLY DIDN'T HAVE IT FOR 3 MONTHS!!!
HOW CAN I HAVE THIS CLEARED OFF MY CREDIT FILE??????

Delivery on sim only
Brought a sim only contract. Sim card still didn't arrive by porting date so number was swapped to new network and I was without a working phone. Don't write 3-5 days delivery if this isn't possible, or offer a porting date which can't be adhered to. I had to go into the vodadone store and they gave me a sim card with my number as I was already ported, instead of waiting for the sim to arrive from e2save.

Far cheaper with E2Save.
Far cheaper than going directly to any of the major networks. I recently left Vodafone and they called to entice me back they couldn’t get anywhere near the same price for the data and allowances offered by E2save. Even buying the phone outright and paying for a sim only wouldn’t match the price I’m paying for this contract. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The phone looks like a second hand phone although I paid for a brand new iPhone 15 plus and is associated with another phone number that was nearly impossible to remove

Simple Process, Excellent Price!
Buying a new phone under contract with E2save was extremely easy and straightforward. Communication so far has been clear and swift. I can't fault them as a company, and have been unbeatable on price. I have been a long term O2 customer, they couldn't beat the price, and loyalty appeared to mean little to them!
