Where is 0 stars. This company is advertising cashback but it is not easy and customer service is not a service for customers. Stay away from e2save. They over sell themselves and now there is no way to claim online for cashback! Funny that. Only to call them which is unhelpful, language barrier and rude.

Don't buy from e2save
After numerous occasions of contacting this company. The company is not getting back to you at all, from writing reviews to requesting to speak to the manager. I have recieved a faulty phone and on speaking to customer service it has been made abduntly clear that the service is appalling. They don't want to help you and support you but they are very quick to take your money. I will advice all people to not buy anything from e2save, they are that terrible that they don't even have a complaints department.

Great service. I initially phoned as the purchase I tried to make on their website didn’t go through. I was told it was out of stock so they went out of their way to find me a phone. Ended up with a really nice phone and a great deal on a contract. Would definitely recommend e2save.

After reading some of the reviews after I purchased the phone I was sceptical. But I was pleasantly surprised. The phone arrived quickly and the price was very good. I can’t fault the company's service at all and would definitely recommend them to others.
