We had been wanting a new mattress for…
We had been wanting a new mattress for a while and decided to pop into our local Dreams at Birkenshaw Estate on a Friday night for a look.
We spoke to Liam (I think that was his name) and we were treated amazingly. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and after discussing and trying the ones we wanted, we settled on one. We were offered a refreshment and sat down to complete the sale.
From start to finish, it was a delightful experience.
And as for the mattress, it is bliss. Haven't slept as well in a long long time.

From entering shop till completion of purchase, our salesman Liam was courteous, informative and took great time with me as I chose my bed and mattress.

Great staff, great products.
The staff in the store, were welcoming and so helpful. The sleepmatch machine is a great innovation and having a selection of pillows to try was good as I was able to find the pillow that suited me.
Dionne was efficient and helpful, my friend and I were offered drinks and I got to try out several beds that should suit my sleep profile.
