Support was excellent
Support was excellent. Jina helped me resolve a manual synch issue for multiselect fields that were not coming over properly during manual synchronization. Very prompt and quick in resolving the issue by providing an update to the files right away.

We experienced a problem where the plugin disconnected form our Google Account and would not reconnect.
We experienced a problem where the plugin disconnected from our Google Sheets and would not reconnect. After submitting a support ticket, Jina replied within 24 hours and provided a simple solution to resolve the connectivity issue. Thank you for the prompt service Jina.
