Dreams - Farnborough Reviews 

I recently visited Dreams, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The lady who served us made me feel uncomfortable because English is my second language. After I asked my husband to help translate once, she continued telling him to translate for me, which felt unnecessary since I could still understand her. I could also ask my husband for help myself if needed. She also made me feel stupid and afraid to express uncertainty about the mattress firmness we wanted. It may not have come from a bad place, but she needs to be more mindful of her customer service skills. Because of this experience, we will not be returning. I left the store feeling upset.

The Farnborough store was brilliant to visit and had a great range of mattresses to try and also bed frames to view. Pauline and Mark were fantastic and really helped us. We were offered hot chocolates and coffee's when entering the store which was a nice touch. Well worth a visit if you require a new bed/ mattress.

Geraldine in the Farnborough store was so helpful & understanding with my 92 year old father & not once made us feel uncomfortable or pushed into purchase. We left & looked at another Bed company but in no way did they match up
& Geraldine had already won us over. We immediately headed back to Dreams in Farnborough, found this amazing lady Geraldine & purchased a new bed. 100% credit to Geraldine for her time & patience allowing my Dad to make his decision. We would highly recommend her & Dreams Farnborough.

We visited the farnborough branch of Dreams. We were greeted by a salesman named Glen who went above and beyond in helping us find a bed frame and mattress to suit our budget, he was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable on all the products in store. I would definitely recommend this store

Bed is lovely and delivery guys were polite, taking their shoes off etc but the only thing I didn't get was my free mattress protector

Everything from the start with us walking into the Farnborough store to the delivery of our new mattress has been excellent service. All explained so we could understand it. Very different from when we last bought a new bed. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Cannot fault any part of it

The staff helped us in coming to a decision by explaining the different types of beds/mattresses available. At no time did we feel pressured, and were given time and space to consider our choice.

A firm bed and pillow which give maximum comfort and assures me a quiet, restful night's sleep.

Very smooth process, on time delivery, quick assembly and all packing taken away. Product quality is great, happy with purchase. All over, very satisfying.

Every thing from being greeted in the store, information about purchase ,perfect delivery and now have a nice comfy bed.

The staff at DREAMS gave great honest advice and made the experience of buying a matress, pillows and a duvet actually interesting and fun.
