Buyer beware!
I ordered an expensive bed and mattress combination, over £3000.
It is the Ergomotion Ottoman. With a Tempur mattress.
I am very unhappy and upset by the experience I've had with dreams.
The bed hasn't been checked before leaving the factory.
The holes to get the bolts through are askew.
Instead of the holes being in alignment. The assembly team could only get seven bolts through.
I have been waiting almost 2 weeks. For a new bed.
I've had no apology.
This really isn't the buying experience I want.
