The mattress was expensive but it is so deep and comfortable. I also bought a mattress protector, pillows and duvet while in the store.

We were well looked after, listened to our requirements and the experience was friendly, informative and very professional. Mattress was delivered as per schedule

The smart mattress tester was great and helped us find the best mattress for us. The pillows were exceptional and we are really pleased we spent the money on them.

The delivery was faultless. The guys that completed the delivery were a breath of fresh air. Lots of communication prior to arrival, amazing timing. Such polite guys, so professional. I didn't require much more than basic delivery so think they were taken aback. They advised all the details I was expecting. Polite, courteous, respectful, excellent driving, respectful of community property. Thankyou Dreams Amazing.
And to advise following delivery. The mattress is wonderful and gives me the support I now need. At time of writing review I am getting a great night's sleep every night.

Absolutely fantastic team in Farnborough. When I got there I was welcomed by a member of staff who made me feel at ease and was fantastic help. Offered tea or coffee and made feeling at ease whilst shopping. Then once I was ready lovely Karen came to my rescue and sorted every question I needed to know and covered everything i needed to know and helped me purchase my new bed. Couldn't fault them in any way and highly recommend them..

The mattress is heavenly. We received excellent customer service and the mattress is very comfortable and we're getting a great night's sleep.

We have had a very positive experience from when we first entered the showroom and the advice given by the salesperson to the communication whilst waiting for delivery and finally the product itself.

We specifically wanted to find a mattress that was both firm because I have a back issue but also soft enough so my wife could also be fit from its use , we managed to find this with the help of the salesman asking us to try out their sleep match system which assesses how you sleep and recommends the right mattress for you , very clever piece of kit

Great service when buying a mattress. The sleep scan system narrowed down the choice of mattresses to my weight, body shape etc. Tried 3 mattresses and chose one within minutes. Plus the Sale and extra 10% off made my day. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful, even offered a coffee! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time.
