Very good range, well informed staff, never felt pressured. Great shopping experience

As soon as me and my daughter walked into your dreams store in Bromborough all the sales Men & Women sales personal couldn’t be more welcoming but in particular Demi, who we dealt with was fantastic, and a great help in deciding which mattress to pick for my daughter who has always suffered with lower back pain when sleeping but now not so much and she is extremely happy with her mattress and never had such a great sleep experience, so thank you so much for helping her pick the right mattress for her.

Initially just went to see what type of mattress would be suitable, but ended up ordering one on the same day

All the staff who I dealt with were very friendly and helpful and the delivery was made within the pre-arranged time. Could not have asked for better service.

The service and understanding at the store was second to none No pressure and knew what we needed. the delivery equally was just as good with excellent communication from order to delivery

Very good customer relations. Not at all pushy but very helpful and then left you alone to muse and decide on the mattress which was right for me.

Partial delivery on the arranged date, 3 rearranged dates before finally on the 4th date, full completion, one month later.

A friendly and hearty welcome on arrival in Bromborough this morning by the team, who asked if I wanted a hot drink. Dave was my eventual advisor and salesman.

Even though I knew what I needed, he showed me the options available and invited me to try an alternate mattress (pillow provided too). I was encouraged or asked if I had made use of the online selection tool, which I had.

I was asked about additional accessories I may need and this was helpful in my choices to fine tune my needs.

Everything from ordering instore to delivery and construction ,excellent service.

Also I found the team who delivered the bed and mattresses so efficient and helpful and professional . I would give the delivery team 5/5. I would definitely recommend dreams to other customers.

Perfect from start to finish- very happy with all aspects from purchase to delivery. We were looked after in the store but not rushed into make a decision. James was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Mattress is amazing and cannot find fault, just wish we had not waited so long to get it. Sleeping so much better.

The man who worked there was very welcoming and a good salesmen, he was very attentive and friendly and he gave us a great deal, the mattress machine (I’m not quite sure what it is) that figures out your ideal mattress was interesting and paired up accurately with what I ended up getting, the mattress came quickly and easily in good quality and I got a discounted pillow, good experience, affordable and a better price than what I found online on other sites

From start to finish the experience was great. Julie was awesome instore, going on the aleep match machine to having coffee and biscuits

from the moment I walked in to store the srvice was exellant. when delivery arrived the 2 lads were well dressed and wore protective shoes & put mattress on bed asked if there was anything else they could do.10 out of 10.
