Replacement
Simon delivered the best possible service and reassurance to an anxious new mum. I had just gone through homelessness with my baby so financially I was struggling to get a replacement of my temper cool mattress, which I bought a couple of years before for physical health reasons. This was damaged through needing to be moved twice to and from storage. He provided lots of options and we were able to get a solution which I am to this day so grateful for. He took care of everything from a replacement mattress, covers and sorted delivery etc... This gentleman is an asset to the company and really went out his way to help me during a difficult time. Thank you 😊

On entering the shop in Bromborough the service was excellent. We were given a lot of relevant information, questions answered, and then given time to make up our minds without feeling under pressure. Also, the delivery service was extremely pleasant, very helpful, and took the mattress to the correct room.

Very helpful on delivery and very nice two gentleman who delivered it .put covering on there feet.as asked to use bathroom.and explained that we could change our mattress after so many days if we didn't feel comfortable when sleeping on it which we I thought was really good
