I received a parcel that was badly damaged, probably in the delivery van. Despite the fact that the parcel was clearly marked as fragile, it was obvious that no care had been taken with it. The photograph the driver took clearly showed the damage.
The drivers don't even bother to open the gate, just dropping parcels over the wall, or even worse, leave them on the wall where they could be taken by anyone passing.
Despite having rung the depot five times and requesting a call back from the manager, none has been forthcoming.
Would not recommend them at all.
