Blatant Lies

On two days your company DPD has blatantly lied alleging that an attempt had been made on two consecutive days to deliver to my address using the same tired phrase"Hello, we tried to deliver to your address etc.
I will have you know that my house is covered to the front with a Eufy 360 camera and front door bell camera and the house has been occupied each day (Monday & Tuesday)
Please check with your van gps as to the alledged time of the deliveries.
Appalling service and this will be shared on Trust pilot.
Same old tat response to my complaint but what are you doing about the delivery. Try picking up the phone and reaching out to your customers but of course that opens up a hornets nest.
