Refuse to give my money back though I never recieved my prescription
De vägrar återbetala mina 1319kr trots att jag aldrig fick min leverans och inte heller några email om att de kommit (som de påstår att de skickat), har även kollat i spam. Jag informerade att jag kommer göra en polisanmälan och då skulle hon prata med chefen imorgon och återkomma. Får jag ingen återkoppling eller framförallt återbetalning så kommer jag lägga en polisanmälan samt gå via kronofogden. Tänker inte betala för en vara jag inte fått. De vägrar återbetala något som inte tillhör dem.
I got a prescription and waited for it. My pills never arrived and I paid 1319 Swedish for them (almost 111€/119$). When I logged in it said that the pills are being returned to sender. I got in touch with costumers service and they said they've sent notification via mail but I have not recieved any mail from them (ofc checked spam folder as well). Now they refuse to give me my money back.
Scammers.
The person on costumers service said she would talk to her boss tomorrow and they would get back to me, after I told her I was going to contact the police. If they do not contact me tomorrow I'm will make a report to both the police and kronofogden.

Our partnering pharmacies ship orders with registered mail. Sometimes the courier service company may contact you to make a delivery appointment, but we always advice customers to be proactive in following the status of the delivery via the tracking link that is uploaded as soon as the order is dispatched.
Should the courier service not find anyone to receive the parcel, most of the times, the package is stored at a courier service location for max 7 days.
In the meantime, you can always contact us or contact the courier service, or even go in person to collect the parcel just by showing your ID card.
If after 7 days the package is not collected and no arrangement is made concerning the delivery from the part of the recipient, the parcel is returned to the sender. Then, even when a package is returned, our Customer Service is very efficient in following up with the customers and arrange a reshipment of the medicine. Regretfully, once the terms have expired, we can no longer request a reshipment, and the medicine that was returned by law has to be destroyed. For this reason, a refund is not possible.
When looking at this process, you can see that our customers have a lot of opportunities and enough time to get in contact with us or to answer our e-mails so that a new delivery can be planned. Unfortunately, this process has limitations in terms of how long we can wait for a reply from the customer.
Despite this specific situation, we have contacted you via e-mail recently offering you a possible solution to this problem so that you can still get your medicines. We hope that by this means you can get our message that you can reply to our e-mails concerning this order.
We thank you in advance for your attention and we hope that this problem can be solved at your satisfaction.

The whole process was incredibly simple and quick, I wish I had ordered from Dokteronline a long time ago instead of fighting to even get seen by a doctor, much less get the prescription I needed. Yes, the medicine costs much more this way, but it's well worth it to avoid the hassle of dealing with severely understaffed health centers that don't seem to know what they're doing... Highly recommended service.

unethical prices for returning customers
While the selection and delivery of the product itself is nothing to complain about, the choice of dokteronline to double the price for my prescription compared to my last order a few months ago is in my opinion very unethical behaviour.
This was seemingly only limited to my IP address, as when I did the same order minutes later on my phone (which was not connected to the local wifi), the original price was once again available.
This could have cost me hundreds of euros if I'd not paid attention.
Pay attention when ordering from this company, especially if you are making an additional order from your first purchase.

So many good things! The delivery was fast even though it came from abroad. The quality of the product I ordered is superb! Once I received the product they reached out asking if I had any questions or needed any help. And I highly appreciate it when it's easy to follow the status of one's delivery, especially when the content is very important. People are increasingly demanding efficient delivery and a good user experience. And I think Dokteronline delivered that. On top of this, I just wanna say that you saved me when Swedish healthcare failed. This country can be rather uptight sometimes so thanks for literally saving my summer.
