You charged me twice
You charged me twice. Now I'm the one chasing to get my money back. The fare for a foot passenger is outrageous but, what alternative is there.
However, within 24 hrs the issue of double charge was resolved satisfactorily. So, I have upgraded my review to 4 stars.

The directions given with booking were…
The directions given with booking were for the wrong terminal. We nearly missed the ferry as we were sent to the car check-in on Google maps. Not safe!!

Your case is currently being reviewed. The port location details on your booking come directly from Eckerö Line. While the terminal information is usually correct, it can sometimes change due to unexpected operational reasons.
If you were at Terminal A, Passenger Harbour, Sadama 25-2, Tallinn 10111, you could have checked with the port staff for any updates or changes to the departure.

Terrible. Took my money done the booking for 10am ferry. Then was told there is no space on the ferry. Why would u allow me to pay and book if there was no space. Refund will take 3 to 5 days. Then I was ferry space available for 8am but I need to rebook and pay separately. Seriously. Sometimes things are tight against a budget forking out another £150 odd pounds can be much.
