Terrible
Terrible. Took my money done the booking for 10am ferry. Then was told there is no space on the ferry. Why would u allow me to pay and book if there was no space. Refund will take 3 to 5 days. Then I was ferry space available for 8am but I need to rebook and pay separately. Seriously. Sometimes things are tight against a budget forking out another £150 odd pounds can be much.

Good for route comparison
It was actually easier than the moby website as I had just been having trouble with entering the date of birth on the mobu website for another route and then decided to compare routes using direct ferries. The entry details of seemed much easier on direct ferries. And it’s quick and easy to compare routes.

Disappointed
Paid extra do that I could cancel only to find out that I would only get around half of my money back, I also thought it was in nz dollars like all the other sites that I had been on, but it wasn’t. So ended up paying way more than I intended to. So yes, not happy, but lesson learnt
