Easy Ferry Booking, 5% Off
I booked a ferry ticket to Belfast from Liverpool via Direct Ferries. The booking process was quite easy, and I was able to use NHS discounts to save 5% of the total cost. There is also an app available on Google Play and the App Store that helps track the ferry service. Overall, it was a smooth booking experience at a reasonable price, with a good discount.

Very easy process except it's…
Very easy process except it's impossible to pay with a card as you need to leave the de app to confirm payment on banking app. After confirming and come back to df app its start the all process from the start!! You need to use a different device to work!

My booking experience was very straightforward. In fact, I would say it far easier than booking a flight. Where do I want to sail from, where to, dates time car details, names cabin and pay. Job done. This works extremely well for me personally, so please don't change. Thanks

It was confusing using this site. It took a while to find the booking page and there were no clear indication of charges,eg, booking fees or discounts for seniors.
It was even more difficult attempting to find your customer contact details. I had to keep digging before I was successful.
