When we arrived it was a bit confusing…
When we arrived it was a bit confusing the signage,the same happened once we passed the first barrier and after the french police checks.We tried to follow cars but everything(lanes and signs) was split for lorries and caravans but with join lanes at times.Once we arrived to UK it was chaos,lorries and cars trying to leave at the same time on the same lane.We arrived on a Monday at 7am.
The ferry experience was really good and the food and sitting area facilities.But ,again,the signs to find the food area wasn't very clear(other people were feeling the same)and when we needed to return to the car,lot of people were walking up and down not knowing what to do.We asume to wait for the door to open automatically when it was safe but they told us on the speaker to to go to our cars,that was the confusion. At a first experience, it was a bit stressful but know we know how it is,I'm sure we will enjoy more

Having booked a passage from Calais to Dover for tomorrow I downloaded your app in order to be able to show an e -ticket to DFDS . Was unable to find a way to enter the verification code sent to my email . Please advise on how do do so correctly , or better still, could you send to my email ? Booking code on request. Easy Ferry Booking, 5% Off
I booked a ferry ticket to Belfast from Liverpool via Direct Ferries. The booking process was quite easy, and I was able to use NHS discounts to save 5% of the total cost. There is also an app available on Google Play and the App Store that helps track the ferry service. Overall, it was a smooth booking experience at a reasonable price, with a good discount.

Very easy process except it's…
Very easy process except it's impossible to pay with a card as you need to leave the de app to confirm payment on banking app. After confirming and come back to df app its start the all process from the start!! You need to use a different device to work!
