I liked how easy it was to book but absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to alter. I tried to add another passenger and had no joy whatsoever, I’ll book direct next time with the stena or Irish ferries .

I tried to change my booking to another date but found that hard and complicated to do.
I cancelled and rebooked which cost me money and time to do.
Not clear.Not offered re booking. No real explanation of what was happening. No one to talk to to help me change and rebook.
You can do better. Give me a person on the end of the phone to talk to. Leave a phone number. A machine is no help.

Lost £400
I am in the uk and I mistakenly booked my tunnel trip the wrong way round. If you try to do that direct with the website they warn you df don’t and you can’t change it

I am very disappointed with my experience. During the booking process, I clearly selected a car and completed all the required information. However, after the payment was completed, I discovered that my booking only included the passengers and the car had been removed. I believe there was a technical issue during the booking process, but I was not notified of any problem. As a result, I had to make a new booking and ended up paying more. I hope Direct Ferries investigates this issue so that other customers do not experience the same problem.
