Worst customer support ever!
I made a return, and still haven’t got my money back. No one is answering on the phone, by email or ig & fb.

Don’t recommend at all!

Shameful. I've been ordering clothes on this shop for about ten years and it seems it really has gone down. My order came much later than expected and one of the items (the most important of the order for me) wasn't there. I have written three emails and they haven't answered in a week.

I made 2 orders , I didnt receive confirmation emails, I couldnt reach them by email, by phone and by whatsup. They are unreachable! I prefer to cancel the orders so I dont have more issues with them.

Absolutely frustrated and disgusted at their service. The customer service is the worst I have seen. I placed an order from Canada about 3 weeks ago. I still haven't got any email that it has shipped it out and the order is stuck on 'confirmed'. I have sent out 3 emails, 5 phone calls at 3AM local time, Instagram messages and contacted them through WhatsApp and could not get a hold of a single person, and they have not gotten back to me !! These people also charged my card, so idea when they order will ship if at all!!. If someone can get in touch with me soon then good otherwise I'll have to tell my bank about this !!.

Bought a great coat but had to return it as it was too big - no updates on the return, no way to contact them to ask questions and now I am really concerned I won’t get my money back.

I did not get an order confirmation and returning stuff is Extremely difficult and problematic.

For some reason customer service wont answer my mails (First Mail sent 4.12). I tried to login to my def-shop account to create a return, as returning instructions tell, but my orders wont exist there, so i cant do anything and no one answers me.

Def shop has been very trustwothy and great place to shop in the past, but something is wrong now?

I ordered some clothes on 26/11, on Track and Trace I can see that the only thing they have done is to order a package label. think it is very bad service. if you write to them, you just get an auto-reply that they will get back, but they never do.

I need the clothes for a Christmas present, and you think it must be early enough to order a month before Christmas Eve, but at defshop

I will never shop there again...

I ordered pants 3 weeks ago and I still did not get them. After trying to contact the company my pants were sent, but I do not understamd how but my pants are sent back to the store, so I assume instead of putting my adress, they put their own. Highly not recommend, I did not get the money back nor the pants.

I’ve placed an order two weeks ago, directly I received a conformation email but since then I haven’t received any further information. I’ve been trying to contact via email, WhatsApp and the phone number, but unfortunately with no result.

Pro-customer approach zero, removing items from the order that were previously in stock, the order is now cheaper than shipping. Absolutely not worth it, but no one cares :)

Order was baldly packaged and missing items. Tried to contact the store, but no response. Bad shopping experience.

Update after response from the shop.
I have sent 5 e-mails, also a day before posting this review. But no reaction. Finally I went to Paypal to get my money back.

They canceled my order for no reason at all. They didn't even told me that they were gonna do it. Ridicolous, huge lack of seriousness from those folks. They didn't even respond to my e-mail, when I asked why they did me dirty like that. Shame on you

Shipment after order was reasonable fast but I didn't receive refund, 4 weeks after return. No reply on email. I opened a PayPal case now. Not recommended.

I have placed two separate orders to this company, and paid them both beforehand(mistake, don’t do this with them). I sent both orders back, and according to the tracking numbers they’re received them too.

After a while I tried to log in to my customer account, which they made for me with the first order, to see if theres somekind of markings about my returns being in process, but the renovated website said that I have ”wrong password”. I didn’t, my phone saved it and I used it before without any problems. Well, I changed the password and when I finally got into my account, it said that I dont have any recent orders.
Then I reached them via email just to make sure the process is on, and I will be getting my money back.
I was surprised they didn’t answer in four days, and sent a new message. Nothing.
Now it’s been two weeks from my first email, and still now answer. They have over 200€ of my money, and they don’t even bother answering from their customer service. I made a reclamation via PayPal, but they haven’t answer there either.
Don’t know how they can work like this? It’s year 2023 and everyone should know that this is not the way to treat customers. I surely am not going to order anything anymore and will make sure to tell my experiences about them to everyone.

I understand that the returning process can be rather long sometimes, but not to answer to the customer is very unprofessional and bad customer service. I have no clue if I’m ever getting my money back.

As you can see, they gave me another email address from where they responded quickly, and put the process in motion via PayPal. Oh, and gave me 20% discount for my next(😅??) order.

So what’s the purpose of the adress they have on their website?

A jacket I purchased was returned to the shop (DHL fault), and I've been trying to contact the shop to have them send the jacket again or refund the money but there is no answer. There is no customer service, hence it's impossible to make a claim of any kind. They don't answer e-mails nor whats app. Nothing.

Impossible to return products and get your money back. I do NOT recommend buying from this company.

This was my first order in Def-shop, unfortunately, I got a negative experience. Of the 3 items I ordered, 1 was completely different from what I ordered. My order No. is 42747985. I contacted customer service, received a return receipt, and sent the wrong item back the same day. The return package was delivered to the store on July 13, but the money has not yet been returned to me. The site indicates the return period of money - 4-6 working. days. I called to find out when I could expect a refund and was told that I have to wait 10-14 days from today's date July 20th!! Because they have a lot of work!! This is the first time I have come across such a situation - usually online stores return money in case of errors on their part as quickly as possible, within 1-2 days. For what reason I have to wait 3 weeks for a refund, I do not understand. In addition, they simply do not respond to emails. Very, very sorry, I liked the assortment so much, and the quality of the clothes is good. I planned to place another order in this store, and of course, to buy in the future, but in such a situation, the desire to order something from them simply disappears.

They responded to my review - returned the money and sent a letter of apology. Well, thanks for the promptness and for resolving the issue. It's amazing that such a large online store does not solve such simple issues with their customers in private, without public discussion. Or rather, they are simply not resolved in private - it is impossible to achieve anything either by mail or by phone.
