Awful service!

Terrible service. First they sent me boots with one of the labels sewn on upside down. Now I’ve been waiting 11 days for my new order. They ignore me completely and you can’t reach them on chat. Awful. Do not order from them. There are plenty of competitors with much better service.

Edit: Here is how their customer service — the one they referred me to — is “helping” me: “It seems that everyone wants to go shopping at the moment, as we have an unexpected number of requests from our customers. Please understand that due to the high demand, the waiting time may be longer than usual. Our agents will do their best and will get back to you as soon as possible.”
The boots I ordered 15 days ago still haven’t even been shipped, which is clearly visible from the tracking number, yet they made excuse that they’ve contacted the delivery service. They still haven’t refunded my money.

Nous avons malheureusement eu des problèmes avec le système de remboursement pendant une période plus longue que d'habitude, de sorte qu'il semblait que les remboursements étaient effectués, mais ils n'ont pas été confirmés et vous n'avez donc pas reçu l'argent. Nous nous en excusons ! En conséquence, la résolution de ce problème a malheureusement pris beaucoup plus de temps que nous ne l'espérions et nous faisons tout notre possible pour le régler le plus rapidement possible.
Si vous n'avez toujours pas reçu votre argent, nous vous conseillons de contacter notre service clientèle. Ils sont au courant et essaieront de vous aider le plus rapidement possible.

You won't get help with their customer service

Hi,
I would not recommend you order here.

If there's no mistake, it will go fine! But if there is one, good luck.

They made a mistake with my order. I ordered 2 Deluxe back packs. They sent me 1 deluxe and 1 inferior non-deluxe, which is cheaper.

So yeah ... Not okay.

I sent them an email and they juste replied "you can send it back" and I was like ...well
..."it's your mistake, I shouldn't be the one who has to fix it".

I bought the deluxe version during sales which is now sold out,sending the backpack back basically means work, not possible to get another deluxe, and me fixing a mistake from ABOUT YOU.

This is not ok customer service.

Letting your clients deals with your mistake is not OK.

Order on bol.com or something else, Ive never had issues there. Their customer service is super reactive and comes up with actual solutions.

Customer service is the worst.

Customer service is the worst.

I wanted to send back an item but they did not provide a shipping label and it was impossible to generate it from the app or on the website. I got an address, sent the package but they didn't accept it. CS again, we went into an annoyingly stupid conversation. Their questions clearly showed that they either did not read my emails or they just can't understand simple statements. They suggested to send it again to the same address without explaining me why it didn't work first and why would it work if I have tried it again. They refused to generate and send the label to avoid the same issue and just stopped answering when I asked for a review of a supervisor on the conversation. I had several purchases before but stopped buying things from them.

Scam site, they can not be trusted

I just wasted a couple of hours finding some clothes, because they promised me 20% ekstra on certain item. When I was done and about to buy, they first wanted me to add the 20% to each product, so I had to remove and add every item again.
When that was done I went to the toilet for less then 5 minutes and when i returned again, there was some message about their the coupons/20% was put on hold.
So I called them to ask what the deal was, and a polite customer "service" guy said he did not understand it either. He said I could try again after the 5+ days when the coupons was not put on hold, but there was only 1-5 left of most of the items i wanted and the chance of any being left in 5+ days i slim to none.
Stay away from this site, you will pay more then you were promised.

Received an incorrect item and have to wait 2 weeks to get money back.

Received an incorrect item (ordered a jumper, received a pair of cheap New Look jeans). Not only are they not willing to dispatch the correct item to rectify the situation, the refund will only be issued within 14 days (!) once the incorrect item reaches them back. I was offered a 15% discount to place a new order which I refused as I am not willing to go through this again. I now have to go to the post office and wait 2 weeks for THEIR MISTAKE to be rectified. Avoid at all cost.
