I had a viewing at 3:15 and travelled from London to Brighton/Hove only to be texted at 3:08 that the viewing was cancelled due to access. Access should have been confirmed before the appointment was made and certainly should have been assured more than 7 minutes ahead of the appointment.

I have just completed a house purchase with Charters. Stephen has acted as our dedicated contact and has been absolutely fantastic. From day one her introduced himself and provided regular updates and communications between the seller, solicitors, and I without prompt. This is my first house purchase and he really went the extra mile to walk me through an unfamiliar process. From putting an offer in to completion the whole process took just 4 months (and would have been sooner had it not been for delays caused by me!).
