Very responsive when I needed their service.

Very efficient at the start of marketing and kept us informed all the way. A special mention to the sales progression department who acted as advisor and go between. Where do I begin !! The service at Charters has been outstanding from start to finish.
Cameron who initially came to view and value our property was incredibly professional, friendly and informative. In fact it was because of this initial service with him we chose Charters .
Jorgia, Lydia and Kanika were exceptional and just couldn't fault their dedication and tireless work to generate interest, even arranging viewings before the professional photographs were available was incredible !
Communication throughout was excellent and the feedback from viewings were prompt and honest which we so appreciated. Whilst being on the market for only 3 weeks we had a buyer which was amazing !!
