Ty is unlike any other real estate agent. He is unbiased , patient understanding and does not oversell a property. He is also methodical in his procedure for viewings by confirming time etc.

I am about to move in with my girlfriend and Monty has been so kind and patient throughout the whole process of finding the right place for us.

Few days ago I was supposed to see two properties with him, and regardless there weren't pictures of the second one, he completely left us breathless with what he showed us.

Not to mention that we couldn't see the first as it was taken already by the time I was driving for the viewing.
