I am a property landlord and Katy has managed my property portfolio for a number of years now from, firstly, the Didcot office, and most recently from the Botley office. I have worked with a number of letting agents over many years until I found Katy, who I have found to be the most efficient and highly organised letting manager, who always goes the extra mile and whose communication skills are second to none. The service I get from Chancellors Botley is excellent and I can’t praise Katy enough.

The chap taking us round was very helpful, allowed us time to think, talk and reflect and was very helpful. He was very encouraging about us making an offer even if we felt it maybe too far off what the buyer wanted. He said make it and then you know. It good to have someone just say it how it is. He was on time and helpful.
