Placed 2 orders 5 days ago. No update on my orders except for generic email sent on the moment of ordering and they still haven't shipped yet. Tried contacting customer service through different options available. Coudn't get a hold of anyone. Tried calling, system put me on hold for over 30 minutes so I hung up. Tried the online chat, no agent available. Tried sending message/email, no reply yet. If they are busy, they should have more staff or stop taking orders and not make clients suffer with bad/non existing service. Instead they are being greedy and chew on more than they can handle. As for me, this is the last time I order from them, so they will have 1 less client to process and more time taking care of others.

Questionable pricing..
Questionable pricing... i.e. pajama sets on their website - 2 pairs for $42 with an "amazing deal" of 50% off so brings it down to $21 (WOW right?) Wrong! I can get the same (or similar) Carter's pajama sets at Target for about $16 at regular price! Silly rabbits - tricks are for kids.

Very poor service and credibility.
Very poor service and credibility.
Ordered goods on 20. November and the money was deducted from the account on 28. November.
We have still not received the items even though we have written 5 times and called 3 times.
Every time we got a new explanation.
The goods were for Christmas gifts and we paid for them but never received them.
On December 20th they have withdrawn the money once more for the same goods that have already
been paid but never received.

Annoying Pricing
The sales are really confusing and I feel like the price of things (espescially clearence) changes from week to week. Wish they had more straightforward pricing so I feel like I'm actually getting a deal!!!

Great store for clothes for younger children
I can no longer order clothes for my daughter from Carter's because she is 10, and most of their clothes are for younger children. Occasionally, I can find some items for her, and I have not been disappointed. I order clothes for my step-son from them and they have a good selection and their prices are reasonable. I will continue to use this merchant. I recommend this company.
