worst experience

As per carrter collection, they have delivered my order at my address on 3rd Oct 2021. But till date I didn't get my order. They are fraud and created fake ID. I don't where I can complaint for this site.

Moderators Delete Negative Comments

I wrote negative reviews for two products. The reviews complied with all of the guidelines and the moderators reject them. FWIW, I'm an attorney, not someone who can't follow instructions well enough to write a review that complies with rules.

I have three kids and have, for the last 7.5 years, shopped for them at Carter's I will not purchase anymore items from them.

I recent may a order and I didn’t put pick at store. Once I seen I had not done that I Carter’s and on the phone waited for 2hrs and the website give you 45 minutes call and change your order. So then I decided to do the chat and they not help either. Told me to call back the next day. So call back the next day and waited again and put in my order to be canceled and never got email about the cancellation and now the order went out I had to return it. Carter’s customer service is horrible I will never anything online again and the wait times on phone is horrible. This is second time had trouble with the Carter’s. Daria Rushdan

Discrimination

The worse experience ever. Im a carter's custmor for more than 15 years and i had a very bad experience with the sales person in carter's leesburg VA. She was really rude to me in front of people because im muslim and im putting a scraf. I will never buy from that store again

Horrible Experience #BCAR71056068

Re order #BCAR71056068. I purchased two onesies with a bow online. I did not receive a notification email or SMS text when the item was shipped. 5 days later I got an email stating that it had arrived in store. I drove 10 miles to the store. Luckily for me I opened the package before leaving the store. How about they sent a pack of toddler briefs instead. The sales rep contacted online services and they said they would ship the correct order again to the store. They did not offer to expedite, ship to home or any compensation whatsoever.
Now I will have to drive another 10 miles to the store again. This is unacceptable. Who is responsible for packaging orders? Customer service is horrible. I will not be shopping at Carters again.

HORRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE COMENITY BANK SUCKS!

Thinking about getting a credit card for carters? PLEASE stop right where you are and go somewhere else. They use Comenity bank. no big deal, right?
the only way to pay is by mail, or in the store. We have made 2 payments over the last 2 months, through a routing/account number of our bank account. both payments were deducted out of our account. Then out of nowhere, the payment was returned, and magically, i am charged a "return" fee. Only problem is that there was ample funds to ccover the low payment. Called my bank. The payment was returned by carters, and upon speaking with carters "customer service" dept, (after wasting 45 minutes of wait time, the employee offered no explaination,and of course no reversal of the $37 return fee.
Carters/Comenity bank are not good companies, and do not value you, your business, NOTHING!!!

GO ELSEWHERE, CARTERS IS HORRIBLE!

Literally just got the clothes in the…

Literally just got the clothes in the mail today. Washed them 1 time and they look like they have been washed 1,000 times. I am highly disappointed and I will no longer be looking to buy their clothing. $317 dollars for clothes that fall apart.

In 2008 with my 1st baby the clothing…

In 2008 with my 1st baby the clothing was amazing! The durable fabric,stitching, embroidery, details, everything was great! I had my next baby in 2010 the quality was a bit cheaper. Fast forward to 2021 and it’s garbage! It’s so obvious all the corners that have been cut to raise the prices and lower the quality. Terrible clothing, cute fabric is how they survive but seriously what a waste from what used to be a great company!!!

I made an order it was good went…

I made an order it was good went through and I received the clothing. I am so disappointed with the shorts I ordered. The elastics are no good in the top. They are a little big but if the elastic was good he could keep them up. Shameful!!! I placed another order for knit shorts. It never went through, I had to call customer service. She said it did not go through and I would have to ordered again. I said forget it. NO

Got baby body suit from Carter's. Got the wrong size. The company is just a delivery company with no responsibility or customer service. Did not get response at all- just stuck with the product- try to avoid them!

Baby clothes do not last more than 5-6 washes

I love Carter's!!! The quality of the shirts and pants is really good. Especially the design, always colorful and "catchy". The fabric of all clothes is comfortable and soft. But, at the same time, baby clothes do not last more than 5-6 washes, which is very important, since with a very active baby you have to do laundry almost every single day. That's why I give it 3 stars. I wish someday Carter's would choose the more durable fabric for their clothes

Beautiful

Beautiful, great designs and high quality for babies. All the clothes were so soft and so cute, and the baby's love them. They do have accessories as well for the newborns & kids including towels, shoes, hats, toys etc. Recommended

Carters customer service

Carters customer service, or lack thereof, is horrible! It just took me over an hour to get in touch with a representative (well, I am still on hold) due to an error they made. And the quality of the clothing has decreased so much! Save yourself time and just go to Target or Amazon to buy your kids clothes.

This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever. Their website never works for returns and when you call them all they do is transfer you from one person to another, AFTER you have been on hold for 45 minutes. Worst customer service ever. I have been ordering clothes from them for years and not I'm done. Never again. Do NOT order from this company

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever , i will never buy from them again, im waiting on a refund for 2 weeks now. Tried to call them several times, waited on the line for 45 min, when finally one of them talked to me saying that the head of customer service will be contacting you regarding the issue with the refund! She contacted me stating that my records indicatinv that i already been helped by an agent!!!!!! Really!!!!! What kind of help ! By making u lost in a loop! Last time im gonna order from them! U too try to stay away from online store, their website is horrible as their customer service
