You sent the wrong product
You sent the wrong product. I ordered Chanel Venise and you sent Chanel Paris. I’d already taken off cellophane outer wrapping so I didn’t return it. Disappointed as I use a lot of it, now I can’t order with you again as same thing could happen!

Very disappointed …
I have usually been very satisfied with Boots, but this time I am extremely disappointed.
I ordered a perfume, two serums, and a cream. The package arrived in an excessively large box for the items ordered. The box was open and placed inside a plastic bag. The courier specifically told me that this was how he had received it and that he could not take responsibility if it was empty. In his opinion, it appeared to be empty.
Two of the products are missing—items that I need—and now I have to wait another 14 days for my case to be reviewed and approved.
Boots’ policy is not fair. I paid for products that I have not received, and the resolution process is taking far too long. Other companies know how to treat their customers with respect. I think I will avoid ordering from Boots whenever possible in the future.
