Helen was extremely Knowledgeable on the Estée Lauder products.
On the 21/05/26 at about 1.15 I called into Boots the Hotspur, Eldon Sq, Newcastle, I needed a colour match for my foundation, I use Estée Lauder double wear foundation but the company has changed the formula and I was having trouble getting the right shade, I was with my husband we went to the Estée Lauder counter where I meet Helen she immediately wanted to help me and got me to sit down she went through a few shades to discuss what was best for my skin , she also applied the colour we decided on , it look lovely, she made me feel great, although the shade wasn’t in stock, I had to order it on the Boots app, but I bought the concealer Helen used and she gave me some excellent tips, Helen was extremely knowledgeable, I would love to think this is recognised for this in some way!
