Delivery issue
The parcel was marked as dispatched on 23.5.26 with 48 hour delivery but arrived yesterday 28.5.26. It wasn't strictly Boots fault, Royal Mail was the issue. Boots could have set expectations with the customer more accurately?

Awful experience Avoid
What a huge disappoinment Boots.com are! Failing at every step of the way to sell a large ticket item and then compounding the problem with poor customer service at every step of the process.
Failed to deliver the product into store on time. (Boots stated the date on the till receipt.)
Failed to give me the right information regarding a refund.( it will be refunded once returned to the warehouse)
Failed in giving any consistent message to the customer regarding a refund.
As a customer I now need to go into store to obtain my refund on an item that was ordered on line! My advice would be don’t use Boots.com the organisation does not have the competency to run an on line offer.
Furthermore customer service at Boots gives conflicting responses and advice to it’s customers.

Returns NIGHTMARE
If you're ordering online, returning a faulty item is AWFUL. I ordered a number of items, one of them arrived broken. Contacted customer service (you have to hunt down the email address as its buried in their website via chat bot links). Sent all info, then automated response asked me for the SAME information I'd already provided. No response. No refund. No replacement item. Shoddy all round.
