Well I'm sorry, but this is not exactly the risk-free trial they claim it is........ If you accidentally order the wrong system, you do pay for return shipping... Some fees they might wave, but be prepared to pony up the dough.

They are good at checking to make sure everything is working. We tend to forget to charge our device a lot.

Excellent service from enrollment throughout. Staff was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and understanding.

I'm new in using my Bay Alarm pendant. While sitting on the bed getting dressed this morning I tossed it on the bed right next to me. The alarm went off and I immediately received a call asking if I was O.K. I appreciate how sensitive it is!

Rep was friendly and helpful. Ordered replacement watch. However, I need to cancel the order because the lost item has been found! Leaving voicemail message also. This cannot possibly have shipped--I agreed to pay expedited shipping which was to bring it here via UPS in the next 3-5 business days and since this is Saturday evening of a holiday weekend, I'm sure you can cancel.

Device worked perfectly, remote device in addition to pendant was very helpful when charging. Phone calls were answered quickly. Equipment was reasonably priced.
