Very happy and grateful to these guys. I had some queries about sizing and geometry of a Trek bike I was thinking of buying. I spoke to Joe (think that was the name?!) in the office and he was very thorough with his assistance. At no point did he try anything sales-y, instead he told me that this actually may not be the perfect size and helped me with measuring some things on my gravel bike to compare. In the end it seemed like it’s the right one for me and it was delivered 2 days later, absolutely thrilled with the new bike (though I haven’t been able to get out on it yet so I’m just staring at it!) and would highly recommend All Terrain Cycles!

I am very impressed with Allterrain cycles. I found their website easy to use. I had researched for a competitive price for the gravel bike I wanted. Allterrain cycles offered a great price. They also had an option to use Klarna as a payment option which I wanted. The bike was delivered within a week and arrived in perfect condition. It is a super bike and I am really pleased. Quick delivery item well packaged. The item came with no receipt or proof of purchase. I was impressed with the light so purchased another for my road bike from the high street. Paid a bit more got a receipt and peace of mind. Due to this system i probably would not purchase from them again. All Terrain contacted me regarding my comments. Very satisfactory outcome. Excellent !!

Cannot fault this company! After being messed around twice by others leaving me only 10 days to order before Christmas I didn't think I'd recieve the bike in time. Ordered the 14th arrived the 18th. Very fast delivery. They also emailed me to ensure I had picked the correct size bike for my sons height. Will definitely be using again for any future purchases. Highly recommend!

Where should I start? I called the company, spoke to a real person and asked whether the bike I was hoping to order online was in stock. (Some websites allow you to order a bike but don't actually have it in stock). They don't do that. If you can order it online, they have it. I explained that I was trying to get it delivered for my son's birthday. He explained that they were very busy due to Christmas but would do everything they could to get it to me in time for his birthday. That was Monday. His birthday was on Saturday. The bike arrived on Tuesday. Exceptional service from an exceptional company. And the fact that they are in the Lake District (one of my favourite places on earth) even better. Thank you so much.
